I cannot say enough good things about Brigham HVAC. I called them on a Saturday & they had someone out to my house in an hour. I called them yesterday & they once again came out right away. The finished the repairs today. They were efficient & cost conscious! They will definitely be my go to HVAC Company!!

We had Cole come over for inspection on our furnace. He spent many hours cleaning it and checking it out. Come to find out we needed to replace the furnace. He went over everything with me and quoted out for a new one. It was starting to get a little chilly out. He offered to bring a couple heaters to keep us warm until they could get the new furnace installed. This was on a Monday. On Thursday we had Greg and Brian show up to install the new furnace. These guys were awesome to work with. They made sure that the red carpet was laid out to protect my floors and my rugs. Very professional and did great work. Thank you guys for your hard work. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Andy and Andrew came in installed the new Furnace in January and the air conditioner in May.
I couldn’t be happier with the product, with their professionalism, and their cleanliness.

A different company tried to take advantage of us. We turned to Brigham Heating and Cooling for a tune AC tuneup that not only made sense but didn’t include a whole new system. Especially since we had a rebuild a few years ago. They are reliable, considerate, and knowledgeable.

Cole Perry and his assistant Sam came to my home because I thought I had a problem with my thermostat. They did a thorough check on all my AC systems and found and fixed the issue. It was not the thermostat. Because they were so thorough, my AC is working perfectly. Thank you Cole and Sam for a great job!

Brian was awesome!

We had a minor issue with our AC in our new house, and Brigham Heating and Cooling was extremely helpful. Brian arrived on time and inspected our system throughly. After he identified and helped me through the issue, he took the time to explain how my system worked, and he even pointed out a few other solutions that would help improve our AC system. Pricing was fair, and I never felt pushed to buy anything I didn't want. I'll definitely be using Brigham Heating and Cooling from now on!

Feb. 2005 our furnace quit working. Called Brigham Heating. Their tech Greg was at our home 20 min later and diagnosed the problem. He drew diagrams and showed video to explain the nature and severity of the problem and informed us that our furnace was unsafe to operate. He went over furnace options and we selected a new model. He was very informative and we felt comfortable making a decision. Next morning Andy and the installation crew came to install the new furnace. They were very professional and efficient. They put down protective floor coverings and began the install. Several hrs. Later the heat was back on. Andy went over thermostat and furnace operation. Very pleased with every aspect of their service. Prompt service, great communication awesome crew. Would definitely recommend them.

I always give a review for excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised when my air conditioner was serviced. Very honest, experienced service tech, cleaned up his mess and wore shoe coverings in my house. Five stars all the way! We thought the air conditioner was going to need more work than it did and the cost was lower than expected. AND..... they will come to Layton and Ogden area.

From the very first interaction with Brigham Heating and Cooling, every employee has been kind, respectful, and sincere in their wish to ensure that I am fully informed about my heat and A/C needs. They weren't here just to sell and upsell a system that I didn't need. Samson, Van, and Jared installed my new furnace and air conditioner today. They were careful to protect my floors. They were very polite! They worked hard all day long. I 100% recommend this company!

I called and was greeted with respect and I felt that I was appreciated. They scheduled me a service call and got a technician available within an hour or two. The tech was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly communicated what he was doing, what he needed to investigate and gave me a comprehensive detailed review of what needed to be done, what could be done and offered some insight on how to handle problems in the future. I was highly impressed with the whole experience and will be using this service exclusively in the future!

Fast, friendly service by Jared, Andy, and Jordan. They were so respectful of our space, laid out temporary runners, cleaned up completely, and addressed all questions with professionalism. Life-long customer now!

Furnace is a quality product and install looks great!

We have been dealt with Brigham Heating and Cooling since we built our home 20 years ago. They are professional, experienced and have never made us feel uncomfortable. They have been upfront with pricing and needs with our system. We have enjoyed working with all of their techs and have fun teasing them when they come for our inspections and work orders. We are happy to have them taking care of us! Van did a great job and was quick and thorough. First time we have worked with him and as a newer employee, he didnt disappoint.

Brigham Heating and Cooling has always done a great job for us! Van and Andy were particularly helpful this time - friendly, timely, and efficient.

Before making our decision on which heating and cooling company to use, we completed alot of research and received several bids. Brian from Brigham Heating and Cooling not only provided us with a very competitive price but they also provided us with current airflow and explained how we would be able to go from two systems into one, which was a great plus for us. During the installation process Brigham Heating and Cooling brought in their best, Brian, Jared, Samson, Andy, Van and Jordan. All of these gentlemen were so polite and respectful of our home along with doing a great job. Thank you Brigham Heating and cooling for getting our new system up and running with great results. Andrew was amazing !!!! He was so nice and polite !!! He explained everything as he was fixing my A/C - mentioned cost before hand!!! Came back and worked late for me so I could have air conditioning tonight !!! I’m so impressed and will recommend Brigham Heating and Cooling and will definitely use them again for future needs !!! Our A/C has been pretty bad since we moved into our home a week ago. We were a little bummed to have to replace our HVAC system so soon. We had some other (larger) companies come out and give a quote just by looking at the system. So we wanted to contact a local outfit and see what they would tell us.
Very thorough and going through all sorts of tests and diagnostics to make sure they knew exactly what we needed for our home and where the issues were. More than great customer service, so we scheduled for a full replacement. Today, literally they just walked out my door. We had Van, Jared, Andrew and the new guy (name was forgotten). They came in, we're very professional and clean, laying down rugs down my stairs and through my living room so they wouldn't track in any dirt on the carpet. Got in and out, it was an all day project but looking at how clean everything looks I'm not complaining. 5 stars through and through. Thank you very much for helping us in this time where we needed some cool air.

This marks the second year we have had our air conditioning and furnace serviced, and the service has consistently been excellent. This year, Andy provided the service, demonstrating thoroughness and explaining each component and its function. He was also very receptive to our questions and concerns and provided his recommendations on possible solutions.
