I called Wayne and his guys after they installed a heater at my work, to do my own house. This team is professional and knows their business. They are competitively priced with the best brands. They even know how to patch an extra hole if someone misses a measurement. I would use them again, and would refer them if anyone asks.

Brian and BJ came on time and did a marvelous job. Our furnace was toast. It is a 1972 and it had just given up. They worked tirelessly to remove the old and install the new. It was like a retrofit. Tight quarters to get in and work on it and put in new and modify the ductwork. We just love it. I would highly recommend this company and the bonus they are local was a plus. We will stay with them.

DJ and Genuine Comfort came highly recommended by a close and reliable source. As promised he delivered very quickly and professionally. We were literally sitting in the cold with my 73 year old mother trying to stay warm during a visit and DJ saved the day. He was spot on in his assessment of the problem and extremely helpful with helpful tips and tricks. Great company!

Brian and BJ came to replace a gas pipe at our home. They are so amazing!!! Did a nice and through job and they where even able to replace a leak in our gas fireplace last minute. They did at his all while being respectful of my home and time. I would recommend BJ and Brian specifically to anyone!

Wayne has been so incredible, and his great leadership to his team shows. He presented many options, and suggested the realistic needs for our HVAC issues. I had multiple quotes and he was by far the most realistic and honest. The work was done so well, and any issues and he was willing to make it right. So glad i was able to find him.

Genuine Comfort is all about delivering satisfaction at a reasonable cost. They are honest and specific. Because of this, we understand that the time of our needing new heating&air is not far away. But we were not pressured to act now. We have a clear and specific sense of where we now stand. And, with a recent repair, all efforts were made. We will recommend this company to others.

Brian and Jeppe were amazing. They upgraded my gas line for a fireplace insert. It was a very difficult job and they did it with professionalism and ease! I would definitely call them again if I have any issues with my HVAC system. Also, April in the office is very polite and able to answer all my questions.

Wayne and the rest of his team has been excellent to work with. They have helped me with gas lines inside and outside my house as we added a fire pit and a gas dryer. They were on time, honest with our needs, and always conscious of the budget and keeping the cost reasonable. I strongly recommend them for any heating or air work!

Their technicions are extremely competent and have been able to help me on several jobs. Infact one time, I was able to call them, they walked me through how to do a simple fix, and I got the furnace up and running again.

We used this company to remove a swamp cooler, install an attic fan for venting, install an air conditioner and extra returns, and just recently had them come fix our furnace. Every interaction we've had with them has been very positive. None of their workers have minded my toddlers following them around and watching the work. They've always arrived when they said they would and have communicated clearly with us. Wayne really knows his stuff and it's clear that his knowledge and expertise is shared among the rest of his team. They have never let us down!

They were super responsive and worked hard to get our furnace repaired. It was especially difficult as the people who installed it did a terrible job and actually ended up being the cause of our problems. However since it took 10 years for the problems to present themselves, we're out of luck with going back to the installers. Genuine comfort was great about explaining exactly what was wrong and why and showed us exactly how the problems were created. We appreciate their honesty very much. I will always use them.

We had an excellent experience working with Genuine Comfort. Wayne came to the house and assessed our situation, he was very thorough and offered up many small things that I could do to help improve our AC. Then his guys came and made my system much more efficient and they did an awesome job.

Wow! Awesome company! Our ancient furnace finally bit the dust. One of their service technicians, Tyler came to look at it. He explained the problem to me and all of our options. He gave me written bids for all of the options from replacing a key component, to replacing the entire furnace. He was not pushy at all, just gave us the facts. My husband and I took an evening to discuss it, and in the end decided to replace the furnace. Colby & Gerald arrived as scheduled and on time. They worked so hard. They didn't even stop to eat lunch! They were at my house from 8:30am to 6:30pm! Our furnace is in a tiny closet in the basement, not easy to access. They had to be a little creative, but Colby made it work. He explained everything to me before any changes were made. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated. They were friendly and patient while we were trying to make some last minute decisions. I was very happy with the whole install process. These are honest hardworking people, with many years of experience. My new furnace is on and my home feels comfortable and warm. Thank you Genuine Comfort and Colby, Gerald, Wayne, and Tyler for replacing our furnace! We are so grateful! We will be recommending you to any of our friends or family who need help with furnace or A/C!

These guys are AMAZING! Our air conditioner went out on us on the hottest day of the year so far and our home temp rose to the mid 90's. We initially had another company (Superior Air) come out to fix the AC and they told us it was going to cost us $2,000 to fix a 3-year old AC unit.

After doing some price checking and finding Genuine Comfort Heating and air, their quote came in at HALF the cost of Superiors! That's right, HALF. Then, after deciding to obviously go with Genuine Comfort Heating and air, Superior charged us a whopping $300 just to have done the initial diagnostic visit. Superior also didn't have any interest in helping us figure out whether or not such a new air conditioner was still under any kind of warranty.

On top of having much lower prices Wayne and Emily took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and even brought us a portable unit to use in the crazy heat for the next couple days until our appt to get it fixed. They also looked and found that our unit was in fact still under warranty for the part which shaved off an additional $200!

I just don't understand how there could be a $1,200 discrepancy between two companies for the exact same service, but I really appreciate Genuine Comfort taking the time to help us and not try to take advantage of us during such a stressful/vulnerable situation. They really treated us with respect and care and I can't say how much appreciate their above and beyond service!
