Great products and service…we are really happy with our new furnace and AC and the whole installation and service process. Highly recommend High Country!

High Country HVAC did a great job getting us set up with a new heat pump and furnace. They were professional, honest, and I would highly recommend them. They were in and out in one day for replacing our worn out system, and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a wonderful experience with High Country HVAC. Mike was so helpful and honest when it came to switching out our broken thermostat. We have signed up for annual maintenance with the company because Mike made us feel at ease, and we trust him.

The guys from High Country have always been courteous and professional every time I have used them for service. Whether it's routine checks on my HVAC system to repairs or installs, they have never tried to upsell me on additional services or installs. I cant recommend then enough!

I had been using another company for years that has been bought out and didn't realize they were all paid on commission. With this other company we had our system in for just outside of the warranty period and they said we need a new entire system 30k. These guys came out checked it, it all looks fine. The last company said we needed a new thermostat. These guys looked at the settings and showed me how to fix it in about 30 seconds. Great company I will go back

If you’re looking for a new HVAC company or debating who to use on a repair, tune up, new install, upgrade/replacement, etc. look no further. JC at High Country HVAC is among the very very best you could hope for. An organizations true character (or person’s for that matter) really shines when the chips are down. I can say with 100% confidence that High Country HVAC will be there for you and stand by you to make things right and get you to where you need to be.

In the beginning of this summer’s very hot season our AC went out. To say it was a frustrating process to trouble shoot it and find the root cause is really an understatement. Through it all, Omar and Mike at High Country patiently and diligently worked to get us fixed up. When it came time to make hard decisions, JC and Mike provided several options for next steps and took to the time thoroughly sit down with me and help me understand each course of action and the near and long term effects of those.

We ended up replacing our system and going with a heat pump ac unit. Wow, this thing is amazing!! You definitely need to consider one. It’s super efficient. With our traditional unit we’d have to set the cool to 70-71 to keep it comfortable in our home, but now we are able to do it set to 75-76. I’m really looking forward to how it’ll save us thousands of furnace hours this fall and winter.

Our installation was performed by Toby and Spencer. They were friendly professionals, efficient, and respectful. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project as promised. They kept things clean and were respectful of our planter beds as they swapped out the units and connected everything. They left without a trace!!

This is definitely the readers digest version of my story. Bottom line, this team is first rate and is exceedingly dedicated to make sure you as the customer are taken care of all the way even on weekends and after hours. Since working with High Country I’ve learned several of my friends also have extremely positive experiences with in dealing with them. I couldn’t recommend High Country enough and highly encourage you to put my review to the test and see for yourself.

High Country HVAC recently installed new furnaces and air conditioners at our home and also our vacation rental which we own. They did a GREAT job. Everything is working great! Toby and Spencer were our installers for our vacation rental, and Toby and Chuck were our installers for our home. They all did a very professional job and got the installations done timely. I highly recommend High Country HVAC!

I have had the pleasure of working with High Country since 2009. The professionalism is unmatched. The pricing is fair and when you do have a problem they show up in a VERY timely manner. Our AC went out in August, a few years back and the next day HC was at our house replacing needed parts. I can't recommend them enough! Paul is an absolute professional! Great company with great people!

Amazing service since the beginning to the end for our large project. Cost was very fair compared to others who quoted us. Quality of work is great. Employees have all been very friendly. The best thing is their communication and speed. They were always quick to reply to questions and scheduling work was easy. This project required several appointments and all went smoothly. I am impressed with their quality and professionalism.

My furnace stopped working while my husband was out of town. My dad recommended these guys because they had done work for him in the past. JC was very prompt in his communication and he was able to get Mike to come the next day and troubleshoot the furnace. Mike was very kind and professional and quickly found the root of the issues with my furnace. He even gave me some pointers to maximize my efficiency. I felt like Mike took the time to really make sure the job was done correctly, and not rush through it. It was a really great experience and I am so glad to have found a reliable and honest HVAC company I can trust. I would 100% recommend them.

If you are reading this review you need to call High Country. They are the most professional HVAC company I have ever worked with. Friendly, clean, knowledgeable team with a great annual maintenance program. When everyone at a given workplace is always happy the product they provide is going to be superior.

High Country is awesome!! They fill out most of the rebates for you! I hate paperwork and they do it for you.

We love high country! We’ve been using this company for over a decade for our HVAC. they have kept our builders grade system working excellent and babying it along for as long as possible. We are on there service plan, which is incredibly affordable and gives us extra benefits for emergency services. There was even a time on Christmas Eve that our furnace went out and, they came out and helped us and didn’t even complain or charge us extra! I recommend High Country to everyone! They are crazy knowledgeable, respectful of the property, friendly, and do excellent work.
