Everything went well. Marty was very good at giving us instructions and letting us know what he did.

Brandon, Kyle and Abe were absolutely amazing gentlemen that came by to assess my central air system. Unfortunately the prior companies (2) that installed and subsequently attempted to fix some problems did not inform me of some issues. The gentlemen took the time to check my furnace and vents and were able to adjust a few things. I am very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend them if I lived near the Salt Lake City area. They just happened to be working on a job near me and came by after working. Thank you again.

Dillon was great. He was attention detailed and was not only able to solf the problem but give me tips on how to prevent future problems.

10/10 Brigham killed it on the diagnostic and explaining what needed to happen. Very clean and kind, they were honest and set great expectations.

What an amazing company! I especially want to give a huge shout out to Kevin their tech. This is the 3rd company that was involved. The first company - who did the original installation of the mini splits(and might I add incorrectly), completely washed their hands of it. The 2nd company got it partially right. But it was Kevin and his team from Salmon that figured out the whole problem. Kevin was thorough. He kept me informed about everything he discovered as well as the status on the replacement parts that were ordered. I have been 2 months without heat on my main floor and will sing their praises to anyone and everyone.

Without the persistence, the problem would have happened again in 2 years. Blowing out power board and the fan. The cause was the electricity going into the compressor which was never tested by the original company. Like I said, this HVAC company - Salmon got in and figured out the cause, not just show up and repair the problem. This is dedication to making for a very happy, and finally very warm client.

They were great to do business with. They diagnosed and fixed my condenser in about 1/2 hour. Really good to work with. Price was good.

Jarom and the leadership team have been incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating in attempts to identify and resolve the problem. Highly recommend Salmon HVAC for their professional approach and quality work.

Salmon HVAC is my go to company with heating and Air conditioning issues. Friendly and have educated technicians! I love these people because they fix the issues and never try to up sell me things I don’t need. Absolutely!!! My parents used these people and now I do. I trust no body else

I knew there was a major furnace problem given the loud grinding sound wherever the fan started up. The office staff responded graciously and immediately arranged for a tech to come today. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered and retrieved the needed parts which were, thankfully, available. Problem resolved the same day it began. Kudos to all. (We’ve had Salmon do other hvac work with with similar response and problem resolution.)
We recommend them unreservedly.

We called them for a second opinion and they were amazing! Any Hour Service told us that we needed a new furnace and Salmon HVAC said we needed to replace 1 part to keep our system running for several more years. Very personable and kind. Definitely recommend them!

I have waited over a month trying to get my heat pump fixed by another company. I finally called Salmon and in came Kevin and Brigham. They fixed it in 2 days! They were professional , efficient, friendly and explained things thoroughly. Their prices were straight up and not convoluted with all sorts of additional prices.
To top it off, I paid less than half what I would have had to pay the other company. My heat pump works like it's brand new. Wow! I am going to stick with Salmon and they're fine staff.

Honest and reliable are the 2 words that come to mind!

I have been having Salmon come out and do a AC and Furnace checkup for a few years now. It’s always good to catch any potential issues before heavy demand becomes necessary.

We contacted Salmon in the morning when we noticed our AC wasn't cooling. The tech,Wade, was here this afternoon at the earliest time we were given. He checked the system, told us what it could be, and that's what it was. A quick trip to the shop for a part, quick install and done. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Came quickly when my furnace stopped working. Our technician was friendly and helpful and explained everything he was doing to me, which I appreciate.
