Always great staff! Honest and up front! They've fixed numerous appliances in our home. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you!

I've had the se guys out to my house multiple times for various things and they have always been professional, responsive, and good quality work coming out of them. Super friendly and very knowledgeable in all that they do. I'm very shocked on some of the other people's reviews but it has never been in my case.

Thank you guys! We are selling our home and needed a furnace service to appease the inspectors. Roger had his man Jeremy come out right away to get that done. (I know that I can't expect that kind of response everytime) But it was really nice to know I was priority even on such a small job.
Quick, Professional, Kind and overall perfect experience.

I am perplexed by the reviews. I had Total Appliance assigned to us via a home warranty company. Total appliance was the 4th or 5th company to service our unit for summer & winter checks. As usual I always request cleaning of the coil. Prior to Total Appliance, the coil was "cleaned" 4 or 5 times.
On the first visit from Total Appliance, the tech opened the coil compartment and called me down to look at it. To make a long story short, there was a child's sock in the coil compartment, and it was extremely dirty, enough dirt to clearly see that the coil had not been cleaned in a few years. Unfortunately, I had paid to have the coil cleaned by the other providers that were here previously. None of these companies actually did the work. Total Appliance did.
I now schedule my HVAC work directly with the warranty company to assure that Total Appliance is the one and only HVAC company that services my HVAC unit.
As with all home warranty work, repairs are a two part process. There is the diagnostic call, where what parts are needed is determined, and then once they have the parts, they come and complete the repair. There is a time frame involved with most HVAC service calls that require parts, some parts are quicker to obtain than others, but that has nothing to do with the company that is making the repair.
    I recommend Total Appliance 100%.

I know when people are frustrated they jump online and rant and rave and I totally get it. Being in the property management business I work with a lot of repair companies and have had my fair share of frustrations. TA was contracted through an extended warranty on a Samsung fridge 18 months ago for me and not only diagnosed the issue, he also had a solution to an ice problem that the freezer was having, ordered both parts and fixed it on the return appointment for the repair.. Was polite, professional and informative about what he was doing..

April 2022 They are back for another issue that we had the diagnostic appointment, and I wasted the techs time when I missed his call and left waiting until he had to go to another appointment. He had showed up about 10 minutes before his scheduled window, so props for being prompt..and they were 100% polite in rescheduling for the next day.. So thumbs up,, I have had 2 very good experience with this company with 2 different techs.

I had Total Appliance Service Inc. Assigned though my home warranty for my water heater. I had read these reviews and was a bit nervous to have them at my home. The initial diagnosis took a little longer than I had hoped for. I called the office and the girl explained she wanted a properly qualified tech to come and that was the soonest day. I accepted. They arrived on time as scheduled. The tech Jason, put booties on the make sure as to not track anything on my floors. He did his diagnosis and discovered a leak, advising I needed a new water heater. This was a Friday late afternoon. He explained he needed to get authorization from the warranty company be reassured me they had the water heater in stock and would be able to replace it the following week. That Monday the warranty company advised me of the portion of out of pocket expenses that would be expected. I questioned some so I called Total Appliance Services. The individuals that could provide me answers were in a meeting but I was promised a call back before the end of the day. Less than an hour later the OWNER called and we when over all the expenses and made adjustments as needed. The next day they showed up and replaced my water heater. He was about 30 minutes outside of his time framed but did call and provide clear expectations.

We have had a TON of problems with my kenmore oven that came with our house. It is still under warranty so it’s been so much back and forth between sears, total home and whoever they purchase parts from. Freeman (one of the techs) has been to my house doing services 6 times. 6 times now. He has replaced everything that seems to be wrong and has done a great job in a timely manner. He is always within his 2 hour window. I have zero complaints about total home.

Threats with collections over a bill that was never issued to me and was supposed to be warranty work, and repairs were never resolved

Made an appliance repair appointment they told me that somebody needed to be around between 1:00 to 5:00 never showed up so I called them several times somebody finally called me back Right before 5:00 and told me the technician was running behind ask me if I wanted to reschedule no I don't want to reschedule this company has already wasted my time and money I had to use vacation hours in order to be here for this technician to show up that never did

American Home Shield contracted them. Horrible service to schedule appt to begin with; only to take the day off and they call 10 min before showtime to cancel and push it another week (already been a week). Receptionist would not assist and was rude.

he replaced the drain pump and said there you go - all fixed - started the cycle and immediately - the same error showed. Called and was hung up on repeatedly! Finally told that a manager would call me - 5 time so far since last night - no follow up - no call backs - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid this company. Did not fix an issue with a brand new dryer under warranty thus I refused to pay their invoice. The company then sent the bill to collections instead of working to fix the issue.

They cancel appointments without your knowledge. Promise call backs that never happen. Transfer you to 4 different people and never explain what is happening, so you just end up explaining yourself over and over again and not getting anywhere. I’m being forced to use them and have already paid them or I wouldn’t be doing any business with them.

I only give them a one star because their employees were always friendly and kind to talk to. Other than that, hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had to go through them twice for repairs for samsung appliances and both times was a horrible experience.
They order wrong parts, fix wrong parts, and a scheduling nightmare. I went a month without a fridge before I went elsewhere.

I have never met a company so incompetent. I have a pricey cooktop that failed its warranty. These clowns were contracted by RC Wiley and Samsung to fix it. 2 dofferent experiences, 2 poor outcomes. This is onn Samsung for outsourcing to these pinheads and Total Appliance for being pinheads.

They were supposed to repair my refrigerator I had a protection plan through Home Depot. However they refused to do the repair because my abusive ex decided to call and tell them not to do the work. Now they refuse to do the work. Worst company ever!!!!! They help abusive jerks continue to abuse!!! WOW!!! Let’s just keep that cycle going!

Oh my HECK!!! Long story short last time at my home April 8, 2020. This was repair #5 maybe. Front load washer...one of the technician replaced a motor all run a muck from this point on oh yes and months waiting for the part to come in this lead me to the above date 3 parts replaced by that time..no the washer was never repaired to working order the tech that installed the motor created a total mess from broken harness wires to main striped bolt!!! So 4/8/2020 this tech just lied to me from the beginning told me harness was ordered and bolt??? then he tried to "splice" broken wire ..he told me that this fix would just be temporary until parts came in???? Next 4/10/2020 email from Lowes sorry this washer is uneconomical to repair...say what this washer was bought Oct. 2017.. and for approximately 5 months of that date waiting at there mercy.. and now uneconomical.. there were tech(s) that created a bigger problem and no on stood up to the fact they messed up so $700 est. hard earned dollars I paid were uneconomical to repair????? Hmmmm really!!!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. These guys are scammers and lie right way too much, and never show up on time. They tell you one thing to your face and something completely different to the warranty company. Technician will collect service call fee and won’t give receipt and company will contact the customer for money. What ever customer says they never bother to listen or check with the technician regarding the issue. Money minded and scam.

Scam artist company. This company was late, rude, then had my warranty company decline the repair. Then they called me and tried to sell me a new a system. This is literally bait and switch. They know the warranty company would pay them less for the work. So they get the warranty company to decline the repair. Stay far away.

Agree with other comments about Total appliance service being a scam. They came to my home, looked at refrigerator said it would cost $500 to repair and departed. Never touched refig then I get a $106 bill with a threat to send me to collections if not paid immediately. Another company looked at refrig saw the problem was thermo set too high and fixed the problem immediately. No charge... Avoid Total Appliance Service at all costs... they are the worse...
