Kearsley Service center has been my AC and water heater installers for over 35yrs. They are the best. They are quick to respond to any problems I’ve had. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Alan is the man to ask for. Very knowledgeable and will get you exactly what you’re looking for! five stars on customer service, five stars for communication, and five stars for listening. I will be back in the future.

After the heating element went out on our dryer. I called Alan at the Clearfield location and he had the exact part I needed. I was able to pick up the part the same day and fix our dryer. Parts for appliances are not easy to find, so it’s awesome these guys carry them. Thanks again!

Almost every time they'll have the parts you need on hand, if they don't- they'll order whatever you need.

These guys were great to work with. They were nice, honest & followed through. The one time I ordered a part, it wasn't the right one & they were super helpful & took care of it immediately & they had a quick turnaround.
The second interaction, I went & asked about a part for my washer. They priced it out & suggested other options on the washer that might be affecting it, so I felt I was able to make a more informed decision whether or not to move forward with the repair.

Called ahead and within 5 minutes had my order ready up front. The guy was knowledgeable about what I needed and helped save me money. Great small business! Get your parts here instead of Amazon. Trust me, if you don't, you'll regret it. Thank you team!

They had the OEM idler pulley and belt for my Samsung dryer in stock. They also offered the aftermarket parts to save money. The employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough good things about this company and about Alan specifically!! He is so incredibly helpful no matter what issue we're dealing with! Alan has helped us a lot throughout the years. We've needed a water heater, an AC capacitor, and an AC fan motor. All of which Alan was able to help us get the right parts for and share his knowledge on how to do the work ourselves to save money. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything and willing to share that knowledge so we don't fail during our DIY projects to save money. We've saved so much money by being able to buy parts at a really great price, and do it ourselves with Alan's instructions. So grateful to have someone like Alan to call and get the help we need for any issue we're dealing with! There's no other place I'll ever go! Highly recommend!!

My Theramador fridge had quit and Kearsley's were able to come up quicker then others that I had called and I'm so glad it worked out that way. Adam was able to get my fridge up and running with a part he had in the truck but also pointed out the fan was not turning as it should. I had him order the new fan. As soon as it was in they called me to schedule a time. From the first call to scheduling & both visits with Adam it was a pleasure. He was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and quick. (He even listened to my cat rescue stories) Highly recommend!

Dick Kearslsey Service Center was amazing. Last night got down to 9 degrees and we had electric heaters to keep us warm.

When I called Shawna was absolutely wonderful. Was kind and patient, and said they will work with me when I said I was between paydays.

Andrew the service tech checked the heating sensor 1st and got us back up and running within minutes. And i honestly thought i would have a couple hundred bill, but he only charged a basic service fee.

We have used other companies in the past and they always want your entire paycheck and your 1st born. Kearslsey is honest and doesn't perk people around.

I shopped around online for a while before calling Kearsley and found their pricing was about 20% cheaper. Alan was able to find the exact part I needed and also gave some much needed technical advice. I was happy to see a local store with competitive prices and people who know the industry. I highly recommend Kearsley.

My Dad has been recommending this company for years. I completely understand why. The quality of service and professionalism shown by Adam while fixing my dishwasher was absolutely phenomenal. Adam was so patient with all my dumb questions. When my four year old told him that the dishwasher broke because she "let in a bug and it went into the dishwasher and broke it." Adam said well that's too bad let's see what we can do to get that bug out. I can't stress what a great job he did.

Alan and Greg are First Class!! These guys absolutely went above and beyond. I went in to get a fan motor and the default one that was in the system was $500. I asked if we could work together to find a cheaper motor that would still get the job done and they spent the extra time working through it with me and ended up saving me $300! They shared their knowledge with me ensuring I would get the job done right and safely. Highly recommend this place for any service they provide.

We came home from vacation to find our air conditioner wasn’t working. They sent Stuart out first thing and he was able to determine the problem, get the necessary parts and got us up and running. Yay!

Had the toughest time finding a replacement stove knob online, and all I had to do the whole time was call this team and give them the serial number of my stove. They had it in within 2 days and made it super easy and convenient.

Friendly, easy replacement parts for appliances! Will definitely go here first for future similar needs.

My AC went out on a holiday week with temps over a 100 degrees and lows in the upper 70s. My home was so horribly hot!! Kearsley responded that day and determined that a part would need to be order from the Midwest. They ordered the part and personally drove to the warehouse to pick it up the next day. They installed the part in over 102 degrees on top of my roof. They made sure it was running even though it was after hours. I recommend this company to everyone! This was a crisis for me and my girls and they understood and quickly responded with knowledge and professionalism!!! Thank you so much!!!

I needed to fix my furnace. I called to see about a couple parts. Wyatt looked up the parts for me and also helped with troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately,, after I got the new part, the old part was rusted and seized together. I called the next day for a whole housing assembly and Allen instructed me what to do and saved me at least 50% or more on not having to buy the whole assembly. These guys were honest and so very helpful. I definitely recommend them for any issues you have. I will be a loyal customer.

I was stationed and now retired in the area. The parts department has always gone out of their way to assist me and explain when something is beyond economical repair. I called today for a part for my stove and the parts center explained every supplier was out of stock but still gave me the part number and suggested where I could find it elsewhere. I will support this local business over a big box store any day. My dishwasher and avocado green drier is still going strong thanks to these guys.
