Set the appt. They Showed up right on time. Texted before they arrived. Done quickly without incident and the price was by better than any other contractor around. And I shopped around. A Provo company who sent workers to come out to clean our vents, cut a wire by mistake which is fine. The owner named Skylar was very unprofessional and hinting towards it being our fault. He wanted me to then do a part of his job for him, when I told him no he never got back to me until my landlord tracked him down and threatened legal action. Then finally Skylar responded and asked Wyatt from Elite AC come out to fix their damages. The Provo company with Skylar as the owner is horrible and dishonest since they finally admitted to cutting a wire after inferring it was our fault and twisting our words around when the call should’ve been recorded so they couldn’t do any tricky stuff like that. Anyway Wyatt was professional and fixed things right!
