We needed a whole-house water filtration system installed, and Hayden did an excellent job from start to finish. He provided a detailed quote based on our needs, and while he wasn’t the lowest bid, his pricing was very reasonable. He promptly answered all of my inquiries, which is why we chose him, and he did not disappoint. The installation was top-notch. Hayden even added a faucet after the shut-off valve, something we hadn’t considered originally, but will be convenient for changing filters. Additionally, he discovered that our builder had left a cap (only had small hole) in the drain that could cause possible flooding, and he removed it, saving us from potential issues. Hayden was professional, well-organized, respectful (he took off his shoes!), and cleaned up everything after completing the job. I highly recommend him!

Hayden and Evan were patient with our questions and walked us through the full process of preparing our bathroom for completion. They gave a fair price and their work was clean and tidy. They are very knowledgeable and kind! Will use them again and highly recommend.

We've gone through many plumbers over the years, but Rattlesnake is now our go to. I don't feel like I need to check in while they're working to receive a consistent, very high quality outcome. They're skilled, easy to talk to/work with, and I feel like I can trust them to treat me fairly. They've done our water heater, main shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve, and fixed some piping in our attic. Highly recommend.
