Easy Company to work with. Reliable, honest and the job done in a timely manner! Very professional work! I would highly recommend Cypress landscaping!

I hired Cyprus Landscaping to complete my front yard and was not disappointed. Mark offered good recommendations and did good quality work. He was honest and when some of his newer employees didn’t do as good of work on a certain part of the project he had them do it again the right way. I frequently get compliments on my yard by others. That’s not why I did it but it’s a good indicator that it looks nice.

Cypress Landscaping did my front yard and did an excellent job. They were reasonably priced, did excellent work and completed my project on time. I plan to use them again for other landscape projects. I definitely plan to use them again.

I'm on the board of an HOA community who recently hired Cypress landscaping for a nearly $150,000 project. Might i just say, it has been an absolutely horrendous experience. We just finished a board meeting trying to figure out how to handle the deceit and manipulation of the owner, Mark McGarry. We signed a contract at the beginning of May on an agreed upon bid and plan. Since then, he has sent 2 altered contracts, trying to pass them as the original, each containing unapproved work and extra charges. After reviewing the original contract, there are several items not completed by Cypress that Mark is DEMANDING payment for. He will not provide itemized lists for billing or work civilly with us to figure out the proper deductions. We have paid over $100,000 and he is threatening to have a lien filed against us from one of his subcontractors because they have not been paid yet. Where did that $100,000 go? Thats just scratching the surface with this guy. He originally promised to get super nice plants from Oregon for our waterwise landscaping because he had some special growers out there. Never delivered. For new grass, we voted to go with hydro seed since it was so late in the season and it was cheaper. He left an $8,000 charge for sod in the contract and is still wanting payment for that. Not to mention, all the grass and plants were planted so late in the season that its not even guaranteed to survive. He and his crew left them sitting at the nursery and on site here for so long. If you are considering redoing any portion of your own yard or a big project, look for other companies who are reliable and actually organized enough to pull a simple contract or crew together. Plenty of better options. We are looking at a major loss if these plants fail. We all regret using Cypress Landscaping big time
