Had MULTIPLE AC companies come out to try and find the issue on my 3 year old AC unit, only for them to get it working for 1-2 months before breaking down again. This is the ONLY company that has been able to fix my unit and I’ve had no problems since. These guys are awesome.

Great service!!! I had an emergency HVAC issue and they made time the same day to resolve it! I would highly recommend them! I’ll be signing up for their annual service package.

Brandon and Zach were extremely professional and easy to work with. When they came to quote, they took time to explain what we needed and why. They understood what we were needing and recommended things that would help that we hadn't considered. Their quote was very competitive. When they came to do the work they worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely respectful of us during the whole process. We will definitely use them again!

I had an A/C stop working at a rental property while I was out of state. I had another company come out to service it and was notified I would likely need a new A/C- I decided to get a second opinion with B& Z. Brandon was out there the same day, was honest about what needed to be fixed, and was able to replace a few parts rather than replace an entire A/C. Pricing was fair and more affordable than I was quoted from the other company. It is reassuring to trust B&Z with any future HVAC needs- I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

I’ve had some furnace issues which started right before the holiday weekend. I called multiple HVAC companies and many didn’t answer or return my calls. B&Z answered right away and got someone out that day. The technician identified the issue quickly and gave me multiple options to help save on the repair. I appreciated the honesty.

Now for the best part. I was still having some issues with the furnace so I called back and they sent the owners out first thing the next morning to take a look at it. I took them down to the basement to find it had flooded overnight. They immediately helped me figure out where the water was coming from and move some things out of the way. While one guy worked on the furnace, the other used my shop vac to clean up the water on the floor and drain my window well which was the cause of the flood. I couldn’t believe how friendly and willing they were to help! What should have been a quick fix turned in to them spending extra time helping me and I’m so appreciative! Had I discovered the flood alone I would have had no idea what to do. I’m so grateful for their help!

Oh, and my furnace is back to keeping my house nice and warm too.

Called B&Z heating at 810 in the morning and they came out within 3 hours and fixed my AC unit and explained what was going on with easy understanding and quick! I'd highly recommend this company for any they can do!!

Our ac went out last summer so I called B&Z and they were out there within 2 hours. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and had it back up and running in no time. Super professional and friendly service. They have also service some of my families heating and air units. Always hear how great the service was when they are done. Will absolutely recommend and use again in the future.

Brandon and Zack were highly professional, and listened to my requests. They worked hard, and are very friendly. I had some issues with my nest thermostat and they helped me figure them out as well. Their price was much lower than other companies that I had bid.

B&Z was amazing from start to finish! Brandon returned our call promptly, came out the next day, diagnosed a problem with our regular air conditioner that he stumbled upon and told us how to fix it without charge before we told him that he had our business, gave us an estimate within a day (we were not in a rush),purchased and installed our bedroom unit within 2 weeks, personally introduced the installers that would be doing the work, the installers were very nice and professional, they finished the job within the time frame and sooner, and cleaned up everything. I don't know what they could have done better. I will be needing another ductless unit in a few months for an addition and wouldn't dream of using anyone else, or any other heating and air needs we have!

Its the 4th of July and our ac quit working. Not expecting a call back as its a holiday, I was extremely impressed they they called back minutes later. At no charge he walked my husband through troubleshooting steps to figure out the issue. These guys are the epitome of great service and are why we keep coming back. Thanks for rescuing us!

10/10 service. Called them in the morning and got a quick text back with times available. They showed up the window they told me and got right to work. It was quick and very helpful. It's rare to find honesty, integrity and highly skilled tradespeople, but B&Z hit the mark. They have plenty of 5-star reviews because they shoot you straight, are price conscious and look out for the best interest of their customer. Highly impressed with the 2 service calls I've had.

Zak and his team came out to give us a second opinion after another company tired charging us an arm and a leg to repair our AC unit. Not only were they honest about the problem they were VERY reasonably priced. They were able to fix the issue on the same day and they have gained a customer for life! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I called B&Z because of the high reviews and they exceeded my expectations. They diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a thorough explanation and fair estimate, and fixed it all in under 24 hours. More importantly, Brandon went out of his way to check warranties to help us save money on the repairs. I will definitely be calling B&Z in the future.

Shout out to Zach and Brandon both worked very hard to correct an issue that kept getting larger. They went above and beyond even redesigning a flaws from another companies install. The only draw back I had was how long it took but like the pros they are they figured it out and then didn't take anything extra to help offset the trouble. I have tried many other companies and they could have easily said sorry not worth our time but didn't they made certain it was running to perfection before they were even paid a dime. You can't buy customer service this good. Do not hesitate be sure to call them first and if you have to be on a waiting list because they are the best out there the others don't even come close

Branden was professional, kind, and the only service rep to tell me he could repair my AC rather than trying to sell me an expensive new unit. He saved me thousands of dollars and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend B&Z!

These guys were amazing from the moment we reached out to the second they left our home!! We reached out for a second opinion on our furnace and air conditioner that needed to be replaced and not only did they significantly beat the first quote we got, but they were ready to help us out right away to make sure that our family wasn’t without heat!! They were on time, fast, very friendly, and very good about helping us understand the process! I will recommend these guys to everyone!!!!

Great HVAC company. I've had them come out to work on my A/C and my Heat over the last few years. They are always very responsive and show up when they say they are going to. They have very fair pricing and extremely knowledgable techs. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC need.

They did such a great job with a fantastic price that we decided to have them do a rental home for us. I had two homes for the price of one when comparing to large companies. They never tried to up sale and listen to my needs. Couldn't be happier. The installers were so great to work with and at the end of the day the owner was there to verify everything. Best part of all they were able to do both homes within 2 weeks (end of June) whereas the larger companies were 1 to 2 months out.

I have been using their service for about 3 years now. I love these guys. I have used them for my maintenance service on my A/C and my heater. They have repaired both when something was wrong. And they have also did maintenance on my 2 ventless gas fireplaces and also repaired one of them. They are the most personable kind of business I like to do with. All I ever have to do is text Zach personally and he always gets back with me and helps me. Thank you always for helping me!

I want to start my review off by saying Branden has been the best HVAC guy I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! We’ve been struggling with our AC for a few years now and even had a couple HVAC companies come out to diagnose our system and would get charged a service fee without any noticeable improvements to our situation. Recently with record breaking temps outside hitting 90-100+, our AC unit was struggling to keep our house cool. For a few years now when temps were below 90, our system seemed to do fine in keeping the house cool but in excessive heat like what we’ve been experiencing this year, it simply couldn’t keep up. I just assumed that our AC unit was undersized and the only way to mitigate the problem was to upgrade our unit. That however would cost a few thousand dollars so I accepted the fact that we would just be miserable in the summer if it ever went above 90 outside lol.

With all that being said, I was in desperate need to get someone out to check our system but based on previous experiences with other companies, I didn’t know who to turn to. Branden from B&Z Heating and Air came in highly recommended by a good friend of mine so I reached out to him and his professionalism and candor from the beginning was A1. Despite his busy schedule of appointments, he managed to squeeze us in the next day and got us up and running in no time. He seems like someone who takes a lot of pride in his work and was honest throughout the process without recommending things that we didn’t need. Even after the service was complete, he took the time to educate me on how the different components work and why our system wasn’t working as it should’ve. We’ve been living in our home now for several years and I don’t remember the air ever coming out ice cold from the vents like it is now.

If you’re looking for someone that’s gonna take care of you and only recommend what you need, Branden is the man! I definitely will be using them moving forward for all our HVAC needs.
