I don't know what he did is called. There were some loose wires in a switch that were causing my garage door opener and my air conditioner to not work. It was a processing finding the right wires but he did and I am so grateful after three days without air conditioning. He was efficient, answered all my questions and found the problem and fixed it. Can't ask for more than that.

They installed a new light in our pool. The 1st light they brought was the wrong one. They returned with the correct one and luckily it was less expensive. Finished the job on the day they promised and everything is working. Courteous and always work to resolve problems.

Ben was a little early but called before he arrived. He quickly diagnose the problem. It was nothing that could be fixed today. But he promised an estimate from the company soon so we could proceed. Great job Ben!

I have received excellent service from Red Mountain Electric over the past 15 years. When I have had a problem, they have been there ready to go and taken care of the issue quickly and the cost has been much less than I was expecting to pay. They have also offered proactive solutions for other issues that I have had. We love Red Mountain Electric!

They did a great job, had them come and move fans to different locations in my home as well as add new lighting fixtures in my kitchen. The workers were very kind and friendly and left my home cleaner then when they started. I would recommend them to anyone.

Russell is always on-time, quickly diagnoses your issue and affects a professional repair. His business has my unqualified recommendation. In the past year he has completed several projects to improve the electrical systems in my 20-year old home.

They were very fast and efficient, professional, and over all just a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to calls and voicemails and also had great communication if they with regard to their time ETAS. Great customer service and fair pricing as well. Very honest company/employees.

They replaced an old smoke detector and checked a rusted can light outside of my garage. He could have just replaced the can light and charged me for it but said it wasn’t needed. Very trustworthy and fair pricing. I will hire them again

It is so difficult to find any contractor that is reliable, competent, and trustworthy, but Red Mountain is all of them. Don't hesitate to use them for any level of electrical needs. They upgraded a panel fuse and ran new wiring outside to install a new cook top downstairs, and did an excellent job

Russell Morris did an excellent job. He was/is very knowledgeable about his work. He explained things very well. We would recommend him highly.

I and the company I work for are very happy with Red Mountain Electric. We have used them for 2 different emergent work requests with the most recent being replacement of existing light panels. They willing changed the scheduled time of the work at the last minute to accommodate our needs and quickly completed the work. Will continue to use them for any electrical needs that we have.

On each occasion, the personnel performing the jobs were on time, very cordial and attentive to the details of what we wanted, and performed the job in an efficient and professional manner. Russell and Ben were AWESOME! My boy came back from college and needed the room where my current office was set up. He was able to get me set up in my room and did it so quickly!!I thought it would be a few hundred to get it set up but I was wrong! I was able to do it under $100. Ben and Russell are super nice and if I had to do it again I would get BEN or RUSSELL!!!

Great experience! They were able to get out within 24 hours of my call. Came within the time period they indicated they would and quickly and efficiently made the needed repairs.

GFCI breaker for spa did not trip when tested (safety hazard). Russell quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the breaker was not properly installed, which caused the failure. By chance, he had the correct GFCI breaker in his truck. He expertly checked and tested following the work. I checked the price of the new breaker on-line and found there was little mark-up. I would trust Red Mountain electric to do a good job at a fair price.
