Did a great job on the repair, however, it was unfortunate that on at $1700 bill, I was charged $52 for paying with my debit card.... seems pretty high to me

We cannot recommend ASAP highly enough. Our outdoor tap was leaking badly. Kevin was at our door in less than 30 minutes. Tigger was completely finished with the tap replacement in less than an hour. ASAP is aptly named and totally awesome! We will definitely use ASAP again, and recommend them to everyone

Shane is awesome. I had an issue with a toilet that I tried to fix myself and got WAY in over my head. Shane was able to get here within a few hours (same day!), he listened to my issue, presented possible fixes and worked WITH me to get the toilet fixed for much less than what other companies said it would cost (not to mention those other big name companies couldn't get out here until sometime next week). He was quick, cleaned up after himself, was friendly and professional. I will definitely work with them again if need be!

We’ve been using Kevin and Shane for several years now with our various plumbing projects. They’re always transparent with their pricing and estimates. They’ve saved us a lot of headache and money by using them and feeling confident the job was done correctly. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 😃

Nick has come to my house twice now and has been wonderful. He has been so nice and informative. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going to work properly and will be safe. They have reasonable prices, and have actually been cheaper than others. I 100% recommend them!

Tigger did an great job of replacing our leaking hose bib. He went through the various options and educated me about what would be involved with each. I opted for replacing the entire unit for better longevity and he was very careful to cut a 8" access square in our drywall so that we could use a premade access plate to cover the hole. Our hose bib is working perfectly and I will call ASAP for our plumbing needs in the future.

We woke up this morning to a dead water heater, and tried ASAP and two others. Not only did Nick Karmazsin do a great job installing our new water heater same day, he was tremendously helpful and friendly. I’d have him back any time. Also, they were true to their price, which seemed fair compared to the range of bids we got. All of this and hot showers on the same day? That’s pretty great!

Super quick service and very kind! Had a clogged laundry room drain and it took 10 minutes to fix. I would highly recommend!

Fairly slow leaking water heater. Called ASAP the day before Thanksgiving late afternoon as the leak was becoming progressive. Discussed availability, pricing and licensure. Shane arrived as schedule the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Completed the work with code requirements fulfilled at a fair price point. I will use ASAP again and will refer them to others.
