Our furnace was not working properly. Shaun called early in the morning, had a full schedule and still fit us in. He was fantastic! Stayed in touch with me during the day to let me know what time he would be able to make it out to our house.
Got here at 5:30pm, identified the problem, drove 30 minutes to get the part and 30 minutes back to our house. He installed the new part on furnace and stayed until 9:00pm to make sure everything worked perfectly.
As he was leaving he said he was headed to another appointment.
I would totally recommend Shaun! He’s a super hard worker and is very knowledgeable!!

Hottest day on record. AC went out at 9pm Saturday night. Called Josh at HK and he was at our house with the AC repaired 1 hour after we called. I was thinking it might cost a small fortune to repair, but the bill was a tenth of what I was expecting.
Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great service! Our a/c went out in the middle of the July 100 degree heat! Shaun was able to get us in the next day and fixed the problem within an hour! Rates are affordable too. Highly recommend and would use him again.

Shawn and his team were great. I received a quote from another contractor that was significantly higher than H K (3 times the cost) . Same day quote. They came and completed my install in the time they said it would take. Took the time to educate me a little more on the system. Great Contractor to have work on your home.

Shaun and Josh came out to fix our furnace and instead we had them replace the furnace and the swamp cooler with central air, both controlled by an app on my phone. The new units will help us conserve energy and are much more quiet than what we had. They came out and worked all day too get them installed and were clean, courteous, and respectful, with a good price on top! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

I had Shaun put a whole new AC system with duct work in! He's been great. I've had a couple other things he's been right there to help and fix it quickly. Him and Josh definitely are great guys that know what they are doing! I will call them again in the future.

Shaun came out to give us a quote on a better filtration system for our furnace and water softener. The price he gave us was very competitive to the other two that we received. The thing that we liked about Shaun he showed up when he said he was going to show up and was very respectful and clean in our home. We accepted the bid and Shaun started work the next day and told us it would be about two days to have everything wrapped up and sure thing within two days it was wrapped up and since those changes we have noticed a massive difference in our vents and rooms that used to be cold are now getting heat and having soft water has been a game changer. Cant recommend him enough!

Our furnace quit working last Sunday and we sent a few google messages to several heating and air companies and HK was the only one to respond and Shawn responded in less than 30 minutes. Our serviceman, Josh was at our house the next morning (they did offer same day service) and even drove to Sandy to get the parts needed and all the way back to finish the job. Josh was extremely polite and helpful. We would recommend HK to anyone in need of furnace repair!

Josh just installed a furnace in my mobile home. He did a excellent job. He's friendly, polite, and professional. He even bought me lunch. I also received a senior citizen discount. I highly recommend this company.

Our AC went out during a heat wave and every place I called was saying it would be several days before they could come out. Josh from HK was able to fit us in same day and fix the problem in about 30 minutes (capacitor went bad). The price was very reasonable and we're so happy to be comfortable again!

Josh from HK Mechanical did a great job. He was prompt, honest and very fair. He went the extra mile and took the extra time to make sure our furnace was repaired correctly.

Sadly I forgot our technician’s name. But he was VERY helpful. Cost was very reasonable and he made sure to explain everything to me and help me understand how things work and how to get the most out of my HVAC. He gave some invaluable pointers. I am a first time homeowner and tell people that up front (it’s a good gauge to tell if they are honest and worth keeping around). He in no way tried to take advantage of me, up-sale me, or otherwise benefit from my naïveté.

I will be using HK Mechanical in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

PS - Our AC unit went out lastnight, and we were without cold air. A neighbor helped me get it up and running. I still had the technician come out to just make sure we didn’t miss anything. Our technician was here by 9:30am. Even if we hadn’t been able to fix it ourselves, we never would had experienced the heat of the day without AC.

Josh and his team were fantastic. We had some some custom work done to separate out the home onto two separate systems. His team were fast, professional and clean. I can't recommend them enough.

From the beginning, Josh and Sean were very responsive. Josh and I spoke frequently through Facebook during the entire process. Once we decided to go with HK, Sean was on site and made sure we were happy with the product. Being first time home owners on a budget, they helped us through the process and when problems came up, they reassured us that they would do whatever it took to again, ensure we were happy. Very happy to have AC with the summer heat and would highly recommend HK!

Absolutely phenomenal service. They were professional and personable. They inspected and fixed our mystery HVAC problem in just a few hours and gave wonderful advice on what we should expect from our current system for the next couple years, and what costs we should start saving for. I appreciated the honesty and how accommodating they were.
