Hands down the best decision I ever made. Ricardo is thorough, quick, and professional. He shows up when he's supposed to, and gets right to work. Very communicative, and he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my A/C unit lasts for years to come.

Ricardo did a great job helping us with our hvac system. Our heat had gone out, and when he first came, he wasn't able to immediately determine the cause. He continued to work and was able to finally figure out that there was a clog that had been damaged, one of the parts of our system and was able to get it replaced, and now our heat works great.

Ricardo responded immediately and came over to diagnose our AC issue (no airflow). He quickly identified the likely issue (low refrigerant) and confirmed by finding the frozen coils and pipes. Fast service, great communication, and gave us a fair price and very competitive estimates when we asked about replacing our 20+ year old system (although he recommended not doing it for now despite that it would be a good sale) - very honest and fair HVAC service, we finally have found our go-to guy in this home.

They replaced my sagging furnace exhaust which had water pooling in the pipe. They did good work for a good price.

Others quoted for replacing much longer runs of pipe while Cowboy HVAC quoted for a much more accurate length of the run. Consequently, their quote was lower than the other companies.

They showed me their work before closing up the drywall and explained what they did to make sure we would not have water pooling in the exhaust pipe again.

I liked their honestly with their quote and their transparency with their work. I would use them again in the future.

Ricardo is very knowledgeable, professional and smart. We had no heat in our house and the air dropped to 30 degrees. He came over immediately and had to go into a crawl space and got our heat working in no time. It needs to be replaced and he is charging us half the price! He is very good and trustworthy. I wouldn't choose any one else to do the job. He is also an electrician by trade and can work on plumbing and old units like swamp coolers. I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.

Richardo came out and did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and fixed our air conditioner, which is a very big deal for someone like me. I am disabled and my life is living inside 99% of the time, so I need to have certain temperatures to regulate my body.
