Blake was amazing! This company has been amazing to work with. They are professional, kind, honest, and helpful. They wear shoe covers to keep floors clean and sanitary and always have respect for your home, property and clients! Will always use!

Tyler and Brandon were very professional. They explained every thing they were doing. They keep the house very clean. I would recommend them highly if you are needing a new furnace.

Ondrej was amazing. So honest and helpful. Zero pressure and very friendly. Had us fixed quickly and explained everything in great detail, even giving us before and after voltage comparisons to show us that the fix and upgrade was making a significant difference. Would recommend.

Johnny Burningham was sent to tend to an emergency with our air conditioner. He was thorough and made sure he tested and looked for any situation in the system that could be causing the issue. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable! Great job!

Johnny analyzed my heating system, especially checking on intake issues. He explained the present issues and presented alternative actions to take. I felt he was very thorough and honest

Tyler and Kris were awesome. They both are very dedicated. They spent over 12 hours yesterday and Tyler came back today for another four hours to finish up the job and then Tyler went over all the functioning of the new AC heating system with me so that understood all the ways it can be adjusted. I would Recommend western heating air to anyone. They are very great to work with.

Jacob was absolutely fantastic! He’s such a sweet and kind person, which made the whole experience so much better. He got straight to the point, quickly diagnosed our AC issue, and had it fixed in no time. No unnecessary delays or complications, just efficient, professional service with a great attitude.

I would recommend Jacob 100% to anyone needing AC work. He’s awesome at what he does and a pleasure to work with. You won’t be disappointed!

Parker was very helpful in teaching me how to install the heater app and explaining the process. He was very patient and kind and gave great instructions.

Ondrey was great! He serviced our furnace, explained everything to us with pictures and a video and gave us options on how we could improve our system.

It was time to replace the water heater. I had Western Heating and Air scheduled to check it out. Talking with the Technician, Dillon O'Hara, we decided it was time. He had a water heater on the truck and about two hours later we had hot water again. Thank Dillon!!!

I had to replace my furnace and I would recommend Western to anyone. Brent came to give us a quote and I incredibly knowledgeable and so nice. The cookies and the dog bone for our Chihuahua is an added touch. Tyler H and his assistant Easton were so professional, great personalities, and very hard working. I can’t say enough good things about them. I also met the installation manager Brennan who was also great to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Brendan Murray serviced our a/c unit and did an awesome job. Explained everything to us in a knowledgeable way.
