Service was fast , even though parts needed to be ordered . First appointment 1/1/2025 parts ordered next appointment 1/6/2025 my refrigerator was repaired. Appliance technician Brett was very fast and communicated well on what the repair needed and how he fixed it , also the warranty was explained, I will definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Pricing was great I was actually expecting around $600.00 possibly more but it was ruffly around $450.00 which was awesome for my bank account. Also being a small local business is a plus alway wanting to support local .

Brett was amazing! He was so extremely nice and very good at his job. Our dryer has never been quieter and our microwave works great! I would call him again in a heartbeat!

I would like to give this company and Brett the highest review possible. Clothes washer was sounding like a logging truck was hitting our house on the spin cycle, called and made an appointment. Brett showed up on time, knew what he was doing, told us he would need to order parts to fix it. We scheduled another day to fix it when the parts would be in. He was prompt, courteous, very clean and tidy, and the cost of the repairs were reasonable. He did an outstanding job.

Just had a great experience with trust appliance repair. They came to check my fridge out, which was not working at the cooling standards it should have been. The fridge is only 4 years old. Brett showed up, tested it, gave me his opinion on how to deal with the situation. Couldn’t ask for better, friendlier, more honest, upfront service.

Brett was awesome. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The compressor in our LG fridge went out so it stopped cooling. He gave us all of the options and was extremely helpful. 100% I'll use Brett for any future repairs and I'll recommend him to anyone that asks.

I called Trusty Appliance Repair when valve on the back of my fridge cracked, resulting in a large amount of water leaking into my kitchen. They came out same day, got the part ordered, and made sure I wouldn't have any problems while waiting for the part to come in. Just had the part replaced today and the whole process with easy...cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Brett!

Brett did an outstanding job! He was punctual, friendly, highly skilled, and honest. Within minutes, he accurately diagnosed the issue and came prepared with the tools needed to repair my dryer on the spot. During the repair, Brett even found some jewelry inside the dryer and immediately returned it to me. I highly recommend Trusty Appliance Repair. This was my second experience with the company, as I previously had them fix my refrigerator last year, which has been running perfectly ever since.

Brett was great to work with. Returned my call promptly. Showed up as promised. Knew the appliance and what needed to be done by looking at the unit. The repairman that came to our home this morning was very cordial and very kind. He was very courteous and thoughtful. He was able to quickly diagnosis the problem with our clothes drier. Brett has come twice now, once to fix my dishwasher and then my washing machine. He's friendly and does really good work. He took the time to show me exactly what the charges were and why, and gave me good advice on how to keep my appliances in good repair. I will absolutely come back again.

Five stars are not even enough to rate this wonderful company. Brett is honest, upfront, thorough, informative, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our fridge was broken and we didn’t know anyone who could fix it. We searched online and found Trusty Appliance Repair. Brett came out to diagnose it along with our wall oven and microwave combo. His prices were great. We were expecting to pay a lot but was pleasantly surprised at how affordable he was. Brett was trying his best to get us in his schedule to fix our oven/microwave before yesterday- Thanksgiving! How we appreciate him so much for being so very thoughtful! Excellent service!
