These guys are awesome! Emergency the weekend before Christmas and they came right over and fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about Scott and Derek and highly recommend using them for any HVAC issues!!!

Absolutely fantastic. My home warranty company jerked me around and these guys came in to save the day. They showed up the next day, were honest about the problems, provided an accurate estimate and got me on the schedule quickly. Very honest and true to their word. Will be a customer going forward.

I've been getting bi-annual (twice per year) HVAC checkups from Paul Brother's since I moved to Sandy and they've always been an absolute pleasure. Easy to schedule with, communicative, and super thorough. It's great going into each season knowing my HVAC is functioning well. Highly recommend!

I have known Derrick Paul for 6+ years and he has always been honest and prompt in responding to all of my service calls. He came to my house on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed my problems. It turns out my capacitor was bad, instead of running a lot of unessary and costly diagnostics he was upfront and got my system running. I thoroughly recommend calling The Paul Brother's Heating and Air first. You will not regret it!! They will take care of you and will become your trusted HVAC company!

Super impressed with this company! Scott, one of the brothers, came after hours to my home and repaired our furnace that had broken yesterday. He was polite, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced! I called two other places who wanted to charge me a $69 fee just to show up and they were not even going to apply that fee toward a repair! I highly recommend this company without hesitation! Professional, affordable, honest, reliable and they didn’t charge me an after hours service call fee either! (another company I called wanted to charge me $149 to show up after 5 PM! - considered “after hours service fee”- Ridiculous!) I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

Awesome all around experience. Great guys. Honest, respectful, cordial. I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of and felt they always had my best interest in mind and not their bottom line. Would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them!

Derrick is my hero. My central air went from cool to warm overnight. When I called in the morning I got a same day appointment. He came out & had the problem fixed in 20 min. or less & the price didn't break the bank! He even taught me a couple of new tricks. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Derrick!

Scott was awesome! He helped me understand how to better take care of our furnace and made us feel ready for the winter! I also really appreciated that he went above and beyond and looked into our attic to see if our ducts were in order because one of our rooms has been having difficulties getting heat and air. He was very friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend Paul Brothers over other companies that we’ve went with in the past! I’m very glad that we listened to some online reviews and went with Paul Brothers!

Derrick and Scott are amazing. I have used these two brothers for the last 10 years in my personal home, my 3 rentals and in my business. They are fair, have great communication and maybe they only bend over backwards for me but something tells me they bend over backwards for everyone. You will not be disappointed with their services.

Paul was great. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right then. Got our AC condenser working again and was on his way. He's a pleasure to work with and I'll be calling him again when they need arises.

We had our swamp cooler repositioned and tuned up. They were responsive and complete! Would definitely reccomend for swamp cooler servicing which is hard to find these days. They will also be doing new HVAC in our house remodel and am excited to work with them again!

I hesitate to do. Review for Paul Brother’s because I’m nervous they’ll get too busy. But I really do think they’re fantastic so I’ll risk it, The brothers are absolutely wonderful. They are honest, hard working, considerate and fast. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very honest and upfront! We were told by 2 big name companies that we needed a full AC replacement, but Paul Brothers diagnosed the fix as a simple fuse replacement and we are back up and running
