If you want excellent service at reasonable prices call Thorntons. These people know their stuff!

Replaced 2 water heaters. Very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

One of the top rated radiant heat contractors in Utah. I have used this contractor for over 30 years.

Kameron was professional and knowledgeable. Along with his expertise, he was very customer focused. Thanks.

These guys have been awesome! They have gone above and beyond in helping me out when I have had boiler emergencies. I would definitely recommend them.

Jordan was very helpful in solving our plumbing issues. He was kind and professional! I would highly recommend him.

I have known Thornton Plumbing & Heating for over 30 years. Impressive is the company's expertise & experience in hydronic and radiant floor heating systems since the firm's inception...to today's residential and commercial installations that include renewable energy sources. Clay, the third generation owner carries on the family-business tradition of quality products, workmanship and service.

I had Jordan Walker come and fix my radiant heating that 2 other prior technicians from other companies couldn’t figure out. Appreciate his knowledge and experience.

Jordan Walker unclogged my sewer drain on New Year's Day. Costs were explained up front. I felt included in the process of troubleshooting and solving the root of the problem. Thanks Jordan!

Brenda went out of her way to re-arrange schedules so Austin (boiler electronics technician) could come for the entire day and repair my home heating and hot water system. Great people, great service.

Incredible place. The owner took time to help us out with solution for hot water for our family of 10 and the missionary apartment. It is nice to deal with good people! We thank you and the missionaries thank you!

Thornton Plumbing has been servicing my radiant (hydroponic) floor system for years. They are professional, knowledgeable and have done a great job.

Had an excellent experience with Dale. His advice and responsiveness on our radiant heat/boiler system saved us over a weekend. Thank you.

Worked in the building trades or 40+ years. Some new construction, mainly residental renovation. I "collect" good subcontractors.

There are a lot of less desirable contractors now. Clear, concise & know how to perform. I now recommend them to friends & family.

We needed our heated driveway system checked for the season. They did an excellent job and were very reasonable in their price. Some other places wanted 4 times what Thornton charged.

Thornton Heating has seasonly maintained and repaired my very old boiler for many years.
Tech Jimmy, is knowledgeable, polite and gets the job done without any nonsense.
The staff is friendly and professional.

Thornton has always has always provided excellent service. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and FRIENDLY. They always figure it out. We had a boiler go out in the middle of winter and everything was back in order within a day. Excellent organization!!!

We used them to repair a shower steam generator. Jordan Walker was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired on the spot in no time.
I will definitely use this company and request Jordan for all my plumbing work.

At our annual service, the technician was confused because he was incorrectly reading one of our gauges. A part was left outside the broiler, near the system. After a quick phone call, Ken Barney returned my questions and verified that the system had been serviced correctly.

Thornton Plumbing installed an expensive and sophisticated boiler system. The work was performed very professionally with attention to detail. It was clear from the onset that they know their product and how to install in a manner mindful of space and matching to the infrastructure already installed in the home. When one looks for competent and capable work that will affect their home comfort for years, these are the people to call.

John serviced our house this evening. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He got the job done quickly and clearly explained the larger issues and how to avoid them in the future. It is obvious that John is very skilled and upholds a high standard of integrity; he provided us top quality service and also avoided unnecessary costs. For these reasons I highly recommend Thornton Plumbing & Heating. Thanks John!
