Carlos did a great job replacing a value and circulation pump. Pricing was fair and they were able to get the job done on a Saturday vs. waiting until a weekday like everyone else wanted me to do. I will do business with these guys again.

We had excellent service in the replacement of our garbage disposal on Christmas Eve day. They were prompt, professional and well trained. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again.

Jeff is the man. We had a leak another plumbing company had tried to fix twice, but it would eventually come back. We decided to try Monkey Wrench based on a recommendation from my co-worker. He took time to assess the cause of the repeated failure, and I think landed on a solution that makes the most sense (we'll see long term, but this should work). It was minimally invasive (no walls torn out), and since the repair was quick he didn't even charge us. Definitely will call Monkey Wrench next time I have an issue.

We had some major drain issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks, wouldn't drain had standing water. Called Monkey Wrench best decision we made Carlos was the plumber he was very nice and professional gave us numerous options we picked the one that was best for us and Carlos got our problems solved. We really appreciated how good we were treated and the respect for our home Carlos showed. Monkey Wrench will be our go to for our plumbing needs and Carlos will be our go to plumber he's awesome. Carlos’ service surpassed my expectations. He communicated before arriving (at the beginning of the planned service window)! During the repair, he was clean and organized, he captured photos of the extent of the repair, and he communicated clearly when leaving and returning to the site. My old house is full of bandaid-type repairs. I do my best to keep systems running myself, but I will continue to call monkey wrench when I really need something fixed on a schedule.

5 month update: we’ve been working with Monkey Wrench for five months on our home remodel and have only compliments! We love everything about working with them. Scheduling is easy and getting in touch with our plumber is easy, and they don’t leave til the work is done right! They’ve worked on our pretty extensive remodel, including a couple change orders. While remodels can be stressful, working with Monkey Wrench has been the least stressful part - when it comes to them we know we’re in good hands!
We’ll never use another plumber! They’re the best and a model for what working with home trades should be!

Kyle came out today and helped us assess what was going on with our broken tub! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, knew just about everything to do plumbing and gave us extra tips on how to not have this issue in the future. He is trying to get us the cheapest way possible to get things fixed which is super appreciated! Great company

Two men came out, Carlos and Roman. They were on time and super professional. They analyzed my plumbing problem and gave me some options on making the repairs. I was impressed with them and can highly recommend these guys and Monkey Wrench as a company.

Carlos and Roman at Monkey Wrench went above and beyond to fix our Koehler toilet. Carlos came multiple times to replace parts and finally recommended to Koehler to replace the toilet that was still under warranty. We appreciate the time spent, the great attitude, and completion of the job.

UPDATE: Had Jerry come out again for a leak under our sink and he fixed it up quickly. Still would highly recommend Monkey Wrench!

We had another company come give us an outrageous bid for replumbing our house and replacing all water lines, so we decided to get other bids. Jerry from Monkey Wrench came out and assessed the issues, spent a considerable amount of time in our crawl space, took photos and documented everything, and then walked us through the issues he saw and what our options were. He was kind, punctual, and thorough in his assessment.

They started work (a 2-day job) and they were detailed and honestly went above and beyond for us! They were our 2nd highest bid (cheapest is not always best!) and we felt like Jerry’s thoroughness with his walkthrough and his estimate were honest and fair. Gentry was part of our crew and he was so awesome to work with! He was friendly and super helpful. We actually had a new shower head and tub spout to install and realized we were missing the hardware to install it. Gentry went above and beyond for us and went to pick up the right hardware and he installed everything for us. We are so glad we decided to hire Monkey Wrench for the job! They were amazing.

Jerry Salazar the technician was very professional, clean and explained everything he was going to do to complete my project.They definitely earned a five star review. I called two other places.One would not work on saturday.The other canceled an hour before my appointment. So I then called monkey wrench, and they were out here within two hours.And completed everything.

We were VERY impressed with Jerry S. He came out next day, he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He offered a very fair estimate and even threw in a few smaller repairs at no additional cost. Oh yeah super friendly again. So Happy we found a good trustworthy local plumber!

I have used Monkey Wrench several times for plumbing issues (from clogged drains to water heater replacements). Each time they have been timely, friendly, and thoroughly explained my options. My experience today with Kaden and Jeff was great and consistent with my previous Monkey Wrench experiences. I would (and do) recommend them to others.

Flooding issue in our basement caused by soft clog in the main sewer pipe line. Long story short. JUST trust what Wes does and go with him. If you are skeptical like me and also concerns about getting over charged for services, have dealt with dishonest businesses, making tons of searches before you make any decisions. I can tell you for sure, to save your time, don't hesitate it.

My husband and I were so LUCKY that we found Monkey Wrench Plumbing. What other plumbers failed to do and make it into a bigger project and tries to over charge us, but Wes was able to find the problem and SAVED us from the big flooding chaos in our basement and he happened to be one of the owner!

He really knows what he does. I have a zero knowledge of the plumbing system, but I can tell he is very experienced expert. He was very patience throughout the process and willing to explain over and over again at my eye level to clarify everything until I understand. I felt so comfortable and educated about the plumbing system in our house and that helped me understand why we had a flood issue in our basement.

We are super satisfied with the overall experience with Wes. Just by knowing a plumbing company who I can trust to go with, really gives me some sort of confident and good peace of mind. If you are a home owner you know what it means!

Jeff came out to do in a few hours what other plumbing companies could not in the 4-5 days that they came to “assess” Jeff was honest, thorough and straight to the point with what needed to be done. Which I greatly appreciated. He cleared out plumbing back up and we will be reaching out to continue repairs. Can’t speak highly enough of Jeff’s work and service.

Awesome service, I called at 11:30am to get a garbage disposal replaced and they had someone here by 12:30pm same day. Very professional and did a great job for a fair price. We would definitely use them again.

I had an emergency on a Sunday called no answer someone got back to me . Scheduled the appointment between 12-2 nobody showed up I called an texted multiple times finally there tech called me around 3:30 saying he was on his way. I was upset but when Carlos came he was very nice an great at his skill he walked me through everything he was doing. Was thorough with me I trusted his word and booked a hydro jet. To be honest if it wasn’t for Carlos it definitely would’ve been a 1 star office staff need to be more responsive. I get it’s a weekend but when we as homeowners are having water flood our homes it would be nice to have communication instead of a voicemail that’s “full” thank you Carlos

Carlos did a great job fixing my issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything taken care of quickly. He explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him.
