Joe saved my day. Sewer backed up at work the night before the busiest day of the week. Got the problem fixed in the middle of the night so I didn’t have to close down!

Joe the Tech explained the process and timeframe of installing new pieces on our water heater. The tech stayed within the timeframe given. After install he gave a clear explanation of what was completed and what to expect after.

Joey was professional, friendly, helpful, and , didn’t try to sell me new items like some other plumbers do. I will definitely use them again!

Drew came out to our home. Very responsive. Super knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Only plumber I would ever use.

We needed a plumber late at night. One of our water pipes broke. We had to shut off the main water line fast and needed it fixed asap, because that line was a source of water for many people. The plumber came and was kind and friendly and fixed the broken pipe.

Just before Thanksgiving, in 2018, my 14 year old hot water heater failed. I called several service companies for help. Except one company, all of them wanted a very high premium price for installing a new water heater before Thanksgiving. Only one company didn't try to take advantage of me: LOW PRICE WATER HEATERS!!!

Leroy and Paul arrived the day after I called them (they squeezed me into a very busy schedule). They removed TWO failed water heaters replacing them with a single Rheem high quality high capacity water heater. Their price was very competitive, living up to the name: "Low Price Water Heaters." Their service was fantastic. Leroy and Paul acted like they had installed hundreds of water heaters . . . because they had!!!

Not a day has gone bay in 2 1/2 years that I don't feel grateful to Leroy and Paul and Low Price Water Heaters. My family and I are grateful for everything Leroy and Paul did to save our 2018 Thanksgiving and every day of great hot water service since then. If you need a new Water Heater, call Low Price Water Heaters.

We had a great experience with Nearby Plumbing, when our water heater stopped working one day. The technician was working nearby and was able to come promptly, and correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to go get the part needed and fix it right away. Will call them again if needed!

Great service! Was able to get out quick and figure out why my drain was backing up and got my repair taken care of. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber.

Highly recommend. We had a different plumbing company come out and charge us and the problem still wasn’t fixed. Joe was great. He took the time to do the job right and even went to extra mile to shop for the correct piece. Will absolutely use again.

During a hot water heater warrantee visit. The plumber noticed the input copper plumbing showing some very slow leakage and offered then fixed the pipes and valves on the spot for $300

In 2024, Nearby Plumbing visited our home to answer questions, inspect, and provide a free estimate for several issues related to our new home's plumbing, gas line, and sewage ejector pump. Different plumbers were used during our home build, and unfortunately, those other plumbers took costly shortcuts on our home.

We had something come up, which required postponing the work for about a year, but Nearby Plumbing happily returned and provided updated estimates, answered more of our questions and again didn't charge us a penny.

We scheduled the work and Nearby Plumbing helped us fix a gas line that was leaking in a few locations inside of our mechanical room, added a missing service valve to our sewage ejector pump and also upgraded the pump to include a grinder (reducing chances of a clog and sewage backup), added a wifi monitoring alarm to the ejector pump (to alert us in case the pump ever fails), and added a hose spigot to our mechanical room to make filling up emergency water storage easier.

Nearby Plumbing was great to work with. I appreciated their patience with scheduling the work on our timeline, the way they listened to our questions and concerns, and their solutions to correct the issues that our builder and original home-build contractors left us with.

My wife and I have learned that finding contractors who are honest, good at what they do, and who treat your home as if it were their home is less common these days. I'm glad we found Nearby Plumbing. They are our new go-to plumbers! :-)
