Alan and Heidi Johnson were great to work with! I was updated on times Alan was going to show up at my home. He came and twice and fixed my dryer vent issue.

My husband accidentally left matches in his work pants; thankfully the washer washed off the sulfur before the dryer. Needed someone to come quick for a reasonable price to clean our dryer vent out and they were able to get someone in the next morning. Great service and communication.

This company was fantastic! Both the receptionist & technician were professional and courteous! They communicated with me in a prompt manner and answered all my questions! The technician (Allen) was on time and very thorough! He resolved my issues, and seemed to really care about finding solutions…which he did.😀 The receptionist followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied, which we were more than! The best part was that the price for our service was very fair!

We had a bad situation where our dryer ducts were completely blocked, I reached out to Air Duct Cleaners. The girl in the office (Heidi) was very sweet and kind, she did everything she could to get them out as soon as possible. We had someone come out (the owner I believe) within an hour and a half of our call. He was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got the block cleared fairly quickly and did not disturb our clients or patients in any way. The price was amazing as well, I honestly expected to pay more for the amount of work he had to do. We will definitely be using them again and already have our yearly cleaning scheduled with them again for next fall.

I received a quote from Heidi for all of my vents and dryer last week. She was able to get me scheduled the 2nd week of August, but offered to send someone out today to take care of my dryer vent. It had never been done and I was nervous I would get a fire. She was also very thorough and explained what to expect. Allan was very kind & professional, showed up in a mask (thank you) and quickly got the job done. They will be coming back in a few weeks for the bigger job. Heidi and Allan were both amazing and set my mind at ease. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and a job well done! I would highly recommend this company & their staff. I will note I contacted another company a month ago and they never showed up or answered the phone after initially scheduling. He clearly communicated his price, what service would be provided (and any potential issues given the type of vents we have) before the work was performed. He worked quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and all debris from his service was cleaned up before he left. Billing was a simple online process. I recently had Air Duct Cleaners do duct cleaning for me, and I am very impressed. The team was professional and honest, and they know their stuff! They removed years of buildup in my ductwork and left it spotless. I didn't realize there was so much junk in there! They use a truck to get everything out! (A truck!!!) When a company cleans up and leaves no mess, that impresses me. They came with their truck and cleaned out all my dryer lint. Air Duct Cleaners know what they do and when I need my whole house’s ducts cleaned, I am calling them.

To be honest, we have never had our dryer vents cleaned. My wife saw excessive lint behind the dryer. I started my search for a professional and called Air Duct Cleaners. After speaking with Allan, I knew I didn’t need to look any further.

I grabbed his first appointment and he showed up right on time. He immediately knew what to look for and did an outstanding job cleaning the problem dryer’s vents. It was scary to see how much lint was in the vent. We also have an upstairs dryer which he cleaned. The external vent was difficult to find and reach - Allan attacked the problem like a detective. Both dryers are running great and Allan even gave me some metal tape to better secure the hose when we eventually replace the aging dryer. Finally, the lint outside looked like snow on our mulch - Allan even cleaned that up.

Awesome people. Reasonable price. No hidden fee BS. Heidi was really patient on explaining what’s necessary and what’s not and how they do it for air ducts cleaning. Helps a lot especially since we’re first time home owner and never have this process done before. Results are really good. Will definitely have them clean my house again next time.
