Woke up to no water. it was really cold the night before, but I’ve lived here 14 years, through colder nights and never had a problem. I was pretty sure there was a break in the line.
I called Monkey Wrench, not only were they able to get me in that day, but when the water came on shortly after I’d called to make the appointment- it had just been frozen, not broken - and I called back to cancel the appointment, they told me there would be no charge for them to just come and take a quick look.
Wes assessed my situation and advised some insulation to be stuffed between a vulnerable pipe and the exterior cement wall.
