Air Design has been my go-to for my heating and cooling needs for years with different homes. When I bought my current home, the AC wasn’t working right and we discovered that the AC unit installed wasn’t correct for the size of my home. I worked with Air Design (thank you Dan!) on getting an appropriate unit installed and it’s made all the difference. My favorite service offered is the bi-annual maintenance plan. I like to be proactive rather than reactive with home related costs. Each spring and fall Lance calls to set up a date and time for Air Design reps to check out the AC and furnace to ensure that everything is working properly and they fix anything needed as well. If I have an issue between those times, they also come. Kudos to Jordan, the service tech who regularly comes for this maintenance. He always explains what he is doing, and, what is needed, if anything, including change out the filters to keep everything in working order. Jordan provides excellent service and represents Air Design well. Thank you for being a trusted vendor.

First time experience with Air Design. I had a recommendation from a good friend of mine and so I gave them a try. The technician that came out was Hunter and he diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved the problem. He was very pleasant and competent. It was a very positive experience. I definitely will use them again.

These guys are fantastic! I had used these guys for years in my commercial property with nothing but courteous and professional service. After 28 years our HVAC system in our home needed to be replaced. There was no question for me. I spoke with Russ (great guy) who gave me a very honest quote for the whole system. He stayed in contact with me the entire way through. On the day of install Levi and Joe arrived right on time and got straight to work. They treated our home as though it was their own. Educated me along the way with what they were doing. They had the old system removed, and the new system installed both inside and outside within about 3 hours. When you choose to allow the Air Design group to provide you with the professional service I have grown to take for granted you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to the entire crew!

I have been an Air Design customer for 18 years. The technicians have always been courteous and competent. When we have had problems, they have come quickly and solved our problems. I highly recommend them! Recently Jordan and Gage installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The worked efficiently and courteously, and explained everything to me with clarity. They did a great job.

Great company to work with. They do quality work at a good price and are always very communicative. Especially like working with Sean who's come to service my system several times after the initial install.

Every spring and fall our maintenance guy Sean B checks our equipment to make sure it is working properly for the new season. He’s very friendly, respectful, thorough, and never leaves a mess. Sean has been servicing our home equipment for over a decade. Air Design installed our furnace and central air equipment 15 years ago and it has been very reliable ever since. We had only 1 minor issue 5ish years back which was quickly resolved. Sean and his team take great care of us. Thanks guys!

Andy came asked what was going on with my furnace. He knew right away what the issue was. He showed me and explained to me the issue and fixed my furnace. Worked quickly.

We had a new AC system installed by Air Design Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Jordan, Gage, and Rhett were professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, kept me up to date on what they were doing, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The installation went smoothly, and the new system is working great. AC started making a funky noise. We called up AirDesign. They got a tech out the next day…on a weekend!!!
Gage was on time and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right then. Super stoked on the experience.

Long story short I thought my water heater was damaged and the water leakage was from my furnace. I called Air Design (who installed in 2020) and Lance returned my call and was VERY helpful by advising on how to clear the plug/clog. I used my wet/dry vacuum (RIGID) and it cleared up easy and a good amount of water came out.

Air Design Heating & Cooling came to home to address my HVAC unit not cooling. I called them and they were able to come the following day, Andy was our service tech and he quickly identified the problem and informed me of what needed to be done. The part was unavailable locally and they were able to have it shipped next day and able to repair my HVAC unit. My home is nice and cool again! Everyone I have dealt with at Air Design has been great and I couldn't ask for better customer service and professionalism! Very grateful for their service!

Branden did an incredible job for us. We had an issue with our heating system that he was nice enough to come and resolve on a Sunday afternoon. 10/10 will use these guys again.

Gabe did a fantastic job fixing a venting issue in the attic. He was thorough and took the time to get it done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend for any HVAC issues!
