William and his team were prompt, professional, informative and happy to help however they could. They care about their customers and service they provide. Bernadette was always helpful, friendly and polite when calling the office. Grateful we found them!!

We would recommend Efficient Systems to replace your furnace. Our furnace recently needed replacing and they were able to install a new Coleman furnace the day after we called for a price. Everything is working properly and we are happy with the service.

I have used Efficient Systems on a couple of occasions and have been extremely satisfied with their service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I was especially happy with how quickly they responded when called. I was told by another company that they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. Efficient Systems was at my doorstep within a few hours.

In spring of 2022 we wanted to add air conditioning to our existing central heating system. After getting 3 bids for the job, William & Bernadette at Efficient Systems were the best by far. I own many rental properties and have used Efficient Systems many times. William always does excellent work and is very competitive priced. He has done heating, ac work and replaced water heaters. Great service, reasonable price. William did a same-day replacement of my furnace when it died on me, and then came back the next day and replaced my thermostat with a new one for free since my old one wasn't communicating properly with the new furnace. Our AC went out and William came out to assess and determined we needed a new motor. We had a vacation planned and William was able to come to the house while we were out of town and replaced the part, no problem. We coordinated via text and when our vacation was over, we came home to a nice, cool house. Highly recommend.

We turned on our furnace for the first time this fall and it wouldn't start up. I called Efficient Systems that same same evening and within two hours they showed up to work on it. They troubleshooted the system and found that a dead bird was in our exhaust vent. They removed the dead bird from the vent and also replaced our air filter for no charge. It was awesome how quickly they responded and the service is great!

I've called them to service my A/C and my furnace and each time they were prompt, friendly, and were able to get my issues fixed at a very reasonable price. Gave thorough explanations on what was being done, plus lots of helpful maintenance tips for the future.

William is fantastic. He explains what he is doing and why and asks if you have any questions. He also was able to help us get our gas stove hooked up when we converted from an electric set up. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.

The best service I've come across - from the first phone call, to the installation, everyone was very professional and kind. They took the time to explain details and be very transparent about their whole service. I chose them because I felt most comfortable with the whole team here. They also had the best overall package for a furnace replacement, with their extended labor warranty, and their furnace and filter options. 5-star service, as it should be with such a big purchase. Sometimes it comes down to the people, keep up the good work and high craftsmanship Efficient Systems.

When my AC started blowing tepid air in the peak of summer, I called several companies, but Efficient Systems had the earliest available appointment. William troubleshooted our very old unit and, despite not being able to read the identifying marks on the rusty capacitor, he was able to replace it with one he had in his truck and got us up and running. I don't think many technicians have the knowledge and experience that William does. It's a bonus that he is the nicest guy you'll ever meet!

William is very knowledgeable, efficient & affordable! I have used his services twice & have been very impressed each time. I ask a lot of questions - he answered all of them completely, so I understood what was going on with my system. He suggested things I could do to improve the efficiency, heating/cooling costs & life of the system. I will definitely use William's services again!!
