Great, quick service! They're honest and don't push unnecessary add-ons like other famous branded companies. I just used them again to install my new furnance, they are good with their ETA and I am 100% satisfy with their overall performance.

Jared was professional and came within the hour that said he would. He found the problem quickly and we made a plan to fix it. He even saved us some money by using a cheaper part. Jared was more about customer service and making it right for us than the other big box companies that just want your money. He cares about my business. I would use them again and again.

Excellent response on a Saturday to repair my furnace. Five star performance! They had all the parts that I needed and cleaned everything nicely. Also excellent communication. Highly recommended. Especially if you get Jared on the service call.

Home Performance Pros is an exceptional company! I bought my unit last year but have had some issues with it. Jared has come and taken care of every issue and continues to search for any problems or issues I may have. I cannot recommend this company enough. We felt Jared was very competent, most curtious, and spent much time in explaining why and what he was doing. We felt good enough to refer him to our daughter who is needing a furnace replacement. That says how we feel about him.

I discovered performance pros from Thumbtack, I had requested for a pro to contact me for a thermostat swap. I had 2 other professionals come out and quoted me 2-3 times what performance pros quoted. I decided to go with performance pros because of how prompt they responded and how reasonable their price was. I was very pleased with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of work they did for me. Jared was exceptional, he knew exactly what to do and left my Nest Smart thermostat functioning just as it should. The service I received was one of the best from any repair. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Jared was awesome! He came out same day almost 10pm to help get our furnace back up and running. Turned out being bad blower motor and walked me through pros and cons of all options to help us decide on what’s best for us. Found the company for all HVAC needs!

Jared Frome and the Home Performance Pros team installed 7 mini split heat pumps in our new home that lacked central heating and cooling. The work was done on time, the equipment installed matched the quote and was well installed. The price was a bit less than the other two quotes I solicited. He worked well with our other contractors and was easily accessible by phone, text and e-mail. I have not had need for a warrantee call but understand that both the material and labor is covered for ten years. This is the way contracting should be done.

Our A/C went out and Home Performance Pros were fast to respond and had technician to our home within 1 hour.

Jared was super awesome! He went above & beyond to make sure my heater was working properly. & he made sure to tell me what the exact issue was & how to work the new installed thermostat. Super nice & respectful. He cleaned up a the messes made as well! Will be using them again if need be.

Jared is committed to excellent customer service and experience. He called back in less than the expected time frame, the evaluation of the HVAC was exceptionally lower than all companies I’ve called, and he fixed the AC on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Jared had the standard parts required on hand. Also- as other companies charge customers an after hour service fee, this was not the case or method with his customers.

Jared came out within hours of my request even though it wasn't an emergency. He checked my thermostat and my furnace and wanted to double check the thermostat. And there he found the problem.
