The whole company—Dustin and Zak specifically, have gone above and beyond for us! Our multi-family unit had been without any heat for days, but these guys saved us! They stayed after hours and showed up ASAP when called to finish an extensively tough job. Our management agent showed these men complete disregard and unprofessionalism, despite their awesome efforts. They dealt with everything still and without complaint, because they actually cared the heat be fixed. Especially upon hearing of a pregnant tenant without heat for days. These are honest, hardworking individuals, who have been nothing but caring and professional to work with. There have been many issues with our HVAC system, truly beyond repair, but these men have pulled off a miracle! I've known Dustin for 15+ yrs professionally from the work he's done with my employer. It's sad to end the friendship. Zack is awesome tech and very professional.
I asked for a bid to install a cosway mini split system into a ADU I had built. Zack did the rough in in a very timely manner but I still didn't get the cost.
Well over a month later when walls were sheetrocked, painted, and city inspected I asked for Dustin to complete the job. Still no idea of cost or bill.
Another tech came out and spent 11 hours mounting the 2 units inside and the condenser outside. As an electrician who worked in the field for 20+ yrs, I know what installing entails. The tech spent more time reading the instructions than doing the work. At 125.00 an hour, it shouldn't be me paying for an unqualified, untrained tech to spin his wheels figuring out an install. You will probably hear excuses from Dustin, but I don't buy any of it.
If you're a business or rich client, go ahead and call this company. They do great work at a cost.
As a struggling homeowner, do NOT call this company because unless you hound them constantly, you won't get a rough idea on the cost to do the work.

Walked in simply looking for a job. Was collecting job applications. Walked in the door and was immediately rushed by a man being told to get out of his @&$! Building. Seemed very shady and was extremely unprofessional.
