OK who runs this place. Todd West is a salt of the earth kind of guy someone you would want to have as a friend. He is also very good at what he does, and is the foremost supplier and installer of waste oil heaters. He is fair honest and reasonable, you can't go wrong doing business with this company

It's never a good time to have your furnace go out but when it's really cold it's even worse. Todd and his crew were fast, professional and the price was right! I will definitely use them again. A+++ experience.

Our a/c went out today. It was 95 outside and 88 inside. Miserable day! Called West Bros and talked with Todd. He was over to our place within 1/2 hour. Fixed the problem in about 15 mins. Air is blowing. It'll take the rest of the night to get back to normal. First time using West Bros, but it will not be our last! Very inexpensive! Could have charged me tons because we were desperate. Very honest!!!

Wow! West Brother's, Inc walked me through cleaning the flame sensor over the phone.....OVER THE PHONE!!! They could have easily had me schedule an appointment and then charge me $100. Nope. Not West Brother's, Inc. These guys are honest straight-shooters. We've done business with West Brother's multiple times and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and I knew just who to call. Todd with West Bros. came out the same day and fixed it right up! Super inexpensive and made sure to remind me to change my furnace filters every month! Thanks WB!
