Chuck was assigned to us for an after hours call in Lehi. He was very considerate and communicated exactly when he was coming and what work he would be doing. He fixed the clog that was deep in the drain past the sink. He took the extra steps to clean up better than when he arrived. He also gave great advice for drain maintenance. I will definitely call them again if/when we have issues.

Big Brothers Home Services is amazing! They responded fast when my water heater failed and had it replaced the same day. The team was professional, friendly, and left everything spotless. Fair pricing and top-notch service—I won’t call anyone else for plumbing! Highly recommend!

My 27-year-old toilet began leaking in the toilet bowl, then on the floor. Chuck came out, took a thorough look, and together we decided that a new one was called for. Came next day (Sunday) as promised to do the work. Old one out, new one in! And I really appreciate that he cleaned up when job was done. Highly recommend Chuck if you need a good plumber!

Kevin was so fantastic! Our gas fireplace experienced a leak resulting in shutting off our entire gas supply to the house in snowy March. Kevin was able to give us 2 different quotes and complete the job in a day! We also asked for his expertise on our homes water pressure which ultimately didn’t have a regulator so was a leaking waiting to happen. Kevin helped us create a safer home and for that we will always be thankful!

Chuck was amazing! The bathroom drains were slow and didn't clear after cleaning. Chuck reviewed the options to correct the problem with me and got to work to make it right. He prepared the work site to keep things clean while he was in and out of the crawl space. Chuck left the bathroom sparkling clean. It was nice to get a text from Big Brothers Home Services informing me of Chuck's arrival time. I even got a photo of Chuck.

Had my drains in my basement backing up. Frank gave me a fair and honest consultation, showed up on time, and pointed me in the direction that was best for my situation.

MARK was amazing, communicative and understanding! 5 STARS for HIM! I take issue with the staff answering the company phone. IT IS NOT A HANDYMAN FIRM! I was recorded as asking for a local handyman; I didn’t want someone driving from miles away; I said we were in our 80s and needed help with replacing two faucets and re-caulking a bathtub! THEY ARE A PLUMBING/HVAC CO. that sent a Licenced plumber from SLC who bid over $1,000 according to their rates! Mis-representation by their phone rep just to get their foot in the door!

Frank from Big Brothers did a fantastic job clearing out my drains. It was a same day service, quick and speedy. He gave me a time window in which he would come and he
stayed true to the time I was expecting. It was incredible how efficiently he came in, inspected the situation, gave me a price, and fixed the issue in under 40 minutes! Frank was super nice and I appreciated his communication on what was happening.
P.S. He wore booties on his feet to protect floorings and carpets and I found that extremely considerate!

This company is amazing, we had issues with our tankless water heater unit. I picked this company based off of ongoing positive reviews. The booking process was easy and I felt confident I pick the right company based off the phone experience. When Rick arrived he was on time in line with the eta he told me in the phone. The experience with the technician Rick was good he took the time to actually diagnose my system and even suggested some repair options as well as new system options. I did choose to upgrade my system to fit my personal desires. Overall I rate these guys a 5 for the easy booking process, the tech they sent out was patient with my questions and finished when he said he would with a clean area after. I would recommend and use again.

Our experience with Big Brothers Home Services was outstanding. One of our main drains backed up and flooded our basement laundry room on a Saturday night. I called Big Brothers the following Sunday, and they were able to schedule us for same-day service.

I spoke with the receptionist, Tresedy, who was incredibly kind and eager to help and get us taken care of. Chuck arrived within 40 minutes and was thorough and professional, he fully cleared out the drain, which had years of buildup (we’ve lived in our home for nine years without any previous issues so it definitely was about time).

We are so grateful for the prompt and efficient service. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly and with such care!

I had a constant running toilet and a small drip in my bathroom faucet, it had been driving me crazy for long time.
I finally called Big Brothers Home Services early in the morning and told them my issues. They were able to get an appointment that same day and they were even earlier than expected. They even sent me a text picture of the technician, Chuck.
so I knew who was coming to the door and I felt safe.
When Chuck got there he introduced himself and he was so polite and patient with me, explaining my plumbing problems.
He was so helpful and he patiently listened to my issues and concerns.
Chuck fixed my problems while putting up with my 3 little dogs barking at him. He even took time to make friends with them and calmed them down. So impressed!!
The fee was very decent and affordable
I am so grateful for that. Living on a fixed income it was a blessing.
I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone who has a Heating, AC or Plumbing problem.

We are so grateful for Chuck and his late night service on a Friday evening. He quickly cleared our plugged drain and was friendly and professional. He kept in touch with us prior to his arrival so that we were ready when he arrived. He was careful to explain what he was going to do, how it would work, and then asked if we had any other questions before he left. We had a leaking toilet—I’ve fixed them many times over the years, but this one kept leaking no matter what I did. I’m getting older and was exhausted after spending many hours working on this stubborn repair so decided to call a professional. I happened to call Big Brothers and I’m so happy I did. Mark and Nathan did a great job—I even had them come out twice because the toilet they installed had a tiny, round seat and we wanted an elongated one. There was no complaint or argument—they came right out and switched the “dollhouse” toilet out for the larger one. This was our first experience with this company, but we loved their service and work!

Chuck was my technician, and he was absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and so, so helpful. He was very patient when I asked a lot of questions (I wanted to learn more about how to prevent clogs in the future, and how close I was to solving the problem on my own --- turns out, I was on the right track, but definitely needed a professionals help). Chuck saved my bacon, and I'm so appreciative! The problem was solved, and he was thorough to make sure before he left. Chuck left the job area tidy, and did a wonderful job. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

I had Big Brothers come out to trouble shoot a leak from my sewer line in my utility room. They were superb. Honest, informative and gave very fair prices for their services. I highly recommend using this company for any service they provide.

Worked with Frank on a few projects, and couldn’t ask for someone better to work with. He does quality work and safety is always a top priority for Big Brothers. Photos are from a 9ft sewer line replacement on a busy road.
