Pro Master Services installed the rough plumbing in my basement, then came back and installed the shower, toilet, tub and sink faucets, for a new Bathroom. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

joel is a very knowledgeable plumber, did exceptional work at my house, would recommend joel

Very pleased with Redd from Pro Master Services. We are repeat customers and would not have anyone else do our plumbing. We have had estimates from other companies who tried to take advantage. Redd is honest, reliable, & does quality work. Highly recommend A+

Joel was extremely efficient and very honest. I had several other quotes from other folks, and everyone else was trying to give us nonsense service charges for unrelated problems

Joel and is crew were amazing! Joel arrived early before the schedule appointment and had our leak fixed fast. They were very nice and he explained everything he did to fix the issue.

Unclogged sink and replaced piping to improve flow. Draining much quicker now. Thanks Kyle!

These guys are great! On short notice they were able to install my dishwasher. They were courteous and professional. I won’t ever call another plumber for my plumbing needs!

ProMaster Services - I txt them to come and re-check and fix a few of the apex connections (one was leaking a bit). They were installed back in June 2025 in replacing all my copper piping. There were 2 that needed to be adjusted. Joel promptly came out to take care of those, no charge on that. I have used ProMaster 3 times and they do a great job and are reasonable. Thanks Joel

Extremely satisfied! They are very great with explaining through the whole process. I love the feature that lets you know when they are on their way. I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know!

Joel and Abdom made sure that our water was heating properly before they left. They troubleshooted the issue countless times because it seemingly was fixed and then reverted to cold water again. Joel prides himself on his work and ensuring that our family felt prioritized. I understood they had other jobs to get to, but both of them never made it feel like it was inconvenient for them to stay longer than they expected. Their top priority was making sure that we would have hot water when needed. Eventually, the problem was found out to be a bird’s nest in our vent system that was causing the heating to get clogged somehow. It spoke volumes on how meticulous they were with how they solved our problem. We have been dealing with cold showers for almost a week now and Joel was a saving grace to our emergent problem. Thank you Joel and team! Highly, highly recommend his services.
