Can’t say enough good about this business, specifically Howard. Super professional, kept me informed as to when he would be here, fixed my shower rather than suggested we replace the whole house. It’s appreciated to come across a good, honest business. I’ll def be using these guys again.

I just had the best plumbing experience of my life with Josh. He was honest, friendly, and charged me LESS THAN HALF what Whipple Plumbing was going to charge me for the exact same job with the same supplies. My mind is blown. I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future. It's tough to find an honest plumber like this.

I had to replace a piece of my sewer line and Josh Metz was recommended to me. He explained everything that he was doing, what the problem was when he found it, and what needed to be done to fix it. On the scheduled day him and his team came over in the morning and was done by early afternoon. He even helped me put up a shelf in my laundry room that had fallen because I didn’t attach it properly. He was totally professional, honest, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any of my plumbing needs.

I woke up with no water this morning. I was able to speak with Jamie at Unique Plumbing and she was able to get someone out right away to look at the problem. Chas (Owner) was out just a couple of hours later and started to locate the problem. My yard is artificial grass and with minimal disturbance to my landscaping, my family and I are with water this evening. Thank you Unique Plumbing!!

Chaz and Nick were very responsive to my questions and gave me exactly what I needed. They replaced our 17 year old tank water heater with a tankless water heater on the day they promised and were in and out in less than 2 hours. They even cleaned up and hauled away the old water heater and scrap parts all at a price that we could afford. I would highly recommend Unique Plumbing to friends and family, but let’s keep them a secret just for us.

The best customer service I've ever seen. Allen called to make sure I was home before our appointment. When he got to my house he was very polite, professional and to the point. I liked how he got the job done as quickly as possible. It left the rest of the day open for me. Thanks Allen😊

Sump pump drain was spitting out a ton of water so I fixed it with waterproof tape. Another company had quoted me almost $6000 for repair so I was scared but these guys came out and had it up and running with a new drain in about an hour, and only charged me a little over $300. Ended up using a different company for the water heater because their estimate was cheaper, but Unique made the sump pump repair quick and easy for me, and they even connected me with a restoration company to clean up the gross mess and dry my house so I don't get mold

Great Company! We needed to change out our galvanized piping to pex they were a great price. We had Ken come out to the house and he did an amazing job! Would recommend Unique and also Ken for any job

I needed a quick response to a big issue. Josh was great in his response to me for a quote and a time to service. He and his partner arrived at the time set and went right to work. They had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. They cleaned up after and the cost was affordable for the emergency needed. I would recommend Unique to anybody who has a difficult issue in plumbing that can't be done by DIY. Thanks Chaz for sending out this team to me.

My home warranty company sent these guys out to help with a drain backed up in my utility room. Not only did they call me back super fast and scheduled me the next day, Jesse showed up within the time frame did the work quick, kept me informed on the process and tested it the drain again to confirm it was working. He was in and out and was very professional.

Howard did a fantastic job fixing our hose bib. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable in providing us our options to repair the issue. I would highly recommend giving Unique Plumbing Services a call for any plumbing needs.

Andy the technician with Unique Plumbing came out to look at a few plumbing issues we had here at NeighborWorks Salt Lake. Andy was very professional, friendly, and outgoing in looking at our plumbing needs. He identified some additional plumbing issues while he was here. The service that Unique Plumbing provided and their great customer service was simply top notch and of very high standards. I am very impressed with Unique Plumbing and I highly recommend you use them for your plumbing needs. Howard and his co-worker were great to work with! Howard is efficient, knowledgeable and a great problem solver. He listened and came up with solutions and his experience really showed dealing with an older mid century modern style home. He was even great to my dog and put him at ease with a stranger! Unique plumbing came out under my home Warrenty claim. My home Warrenty ended up denying the claim and was being frustrating to work with, but Unique plumbing was absolutely amazing working with me and kept the price down. They gave good advice and even went the extra mile of fixing another little problem we had free of charge. Love that they are local and willing to jump on a call and chat about anything.

Unique Plumbing is AMAZING! They are always quick, efficient and professional. I don't ever have to question their work as I know they know what they are doing and do a great job with any plumbing repair! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the area!

I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future. I found them on a recommended list from a recommendation list from someone else I had used. They gave me a great service and didn’t attempt to push anything onto me/up sell me; this is very important to me as I like to be in control of decisions and I like to get the facts of a situation and I dislike the ‘you need to fix this asap-pushy sales tactics’ Knowing my options is key and Josh did a sewer scope for me. He presented just about every option and all potential outcomes. He wasn’t afraid to give me rough ‘ballparks’ on things and didn’t rush through it with me. He was extremely attentive and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. They gave me upfront pricing. My bill did come in at the top end of the price however I found that it was well within reason/justified. I am very frugal with professional services and I think I got superior service with Josh, Becky, and all of Unique Plumbing! A+ in the business!!!

Great local company, we've always been happy with their prices and service even when compared to other places 50% off "deals". They tell it to you straight and have done timely service.

My home warranty company recommended this place and I could not be happier with the team from Unique. Every step of the way was smooth and seamless, Becky made sure they could get the installation done as soon as possible and Allen and the team were fantastic. Would highly recommend! If I could give 7 stars, I would.

Every experience we have had with this company has been positive. From fixing a pipe from a flood to replacing old pipes to problem solving issues, they have been on time, professional, and trustworthy. Most recently, Howard came out and fixed a rare issue with a new pipe, his experience, professionalism, and knowledge was top notch. He was able to save us a lot of money repairing instead of replacing the whole system. We highly recommend this company.
