I had a few General Contractors offer bids to finish my downstairs area. Both of them said we would need to add a subpanel to accommodate the electrical needs (trusting a few different pros)

Hawk Electrical showed up and explained a subpanel didn't need to be added and it could be done much more simply and cost about $1200 less than my other estimates. He was able to come back later that night and take care of it.

I am very happy with the speed, professionalism, cost and his willingness to do the job required and not the extra stuff that would cost a lot more money. He was also a blast to chat with.

They came in, told me how much it was gonna cost, did the job quickly and perfectly, they had to solve come complicated problems, they did, it was inexpensive, and it was perfect. Best electrical experience of my life!

Very poor customer service and talking down to people

Jack was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is never a reason to swear over the phone in a business environment.

Incredibly unprofessional! The driver of this truck is an extremely aggressive driver. There’s no way I would hire them how they treat drivers on the road!

Vehicle number 004 almost ran us off the road today and cut off a bunch of people. Check your drivers check your electrician service. Thumbs down

Dealing with Jack was bye far one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences ive ever had dealing with a contractor. Belittling and a condescending attitude are all you have to look forward too when dealing with these guys. 😡😡😡

Poor customer service paid for next day and was gunna take two weeks just for them to get the product and then ship. Need to keep your own warehouse stocked and not rely on manufacturer. Online said 90 in stock very deceiving.
