Jose and James were personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I had routine maintenance done and received good clear information and options.

Michael D did exceptional work on my hot water heater repair. I wasn't happy with the original installation by Western and he could tell. But Michael was gracious and kind and worked to get all the issues resolved to my satisfaction, and the repairs were covered under warranty. He even made a couple of additional tweaks to the system and gave me some user/maintenance tips. Thanks Michael! You are awesome and really know your stuff.

I had Western come out when my home AC was on the fritz. Thankfully it wasn't completely broken. After consulting with Jose on my own observations and Jose diagnosing the best answer seemed to be replacement. We did discuss other options. It was a refrigerant leak.

Then we had Mark visit and go through the options. My kid loved Mark and was ready to hang out through the whole discussion. Mark also brought out a portable AC unit to keep my family comfortable.

Finally, Tyler and Easton installed the new equipment. Everything happened as quick as I could hope for. I should have been more hospitable and offered food and drink for the long day they put in.

Overall great experience. Everyone I interacted with was great. I wish I could remember the person I talked to in the office to arrange the first appointment to give her a shout out as well.

Wonderful experience with Mark, Shawn and Brenan. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Furthermore we appreciate their transparency, work ethic, honesty and commitment to their craft. Great people equal great results.

I was very happy with our service from Western Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped working on the first 90 degree day of June. We called several companies, but each of them were a few days out. I work with clients out of my home, so going with out AC was not going to work. Jacob came the next afternoon. Was polite and friendly. Highly recommend working with him. We LOVED that they gave us 3 options to chose from to get it to work. THANK YOU for not forcing us to by a new unit.

We had an exceptional experience with Ondrej who came out to fix our HVAC system. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What stood out the most was his honesty—he could have easily recommended a few unnecessary repairs that would have cost us more, but instead, he took the time to fully diagnose the issue and recommend options for a full fix. It’s rare to find someone so transparent and trustworthy in this line of work. Highly recommend their services.

These guys did an awesome job and were wonderful to work with! Super nice and not rude or condescending like some contractors can be. When their salesman hadn’t estimated correctly how many return vents we needed, they added another vent and didn’t raise the price. There were also willing to make minor changes without any prices changes. Every worker knew HVAC well and had trustworthy opinions on how it should go. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

Amazing!!! We talked to several other companies and Western Heating, Air & Plumbing gave us the best very deal we cold imagine. We had a new heat pump (air conditioning and heater), house humidifier, and had the ducts cleaned. And our experience was fantastic. Marc set us up with the estimate and sat down and went over the details. He was very thorough and explained things with more clarity than anyone else we looked at. Keaton and Tyler were the lead hard working installers. All the work was fantastic. They did it all in a day without any fuss or hidden costs. We have been so happy with their work. Everything has been amazing in terms of quality of the equipment installed and how well it works. My wife Lori and I could not be happier.

How does this company find the best repairmen and employees? Today Brandon came and fixed our A/C that had a bad sensor. He was super kind, polite, smart, and considerate. He didn’t waste any time, and he also didn’t rush at all. He was working in our boiling hot attic for a LONG time testing out the new sensor, and it was over 100 degrees so he must have been miserable, but he never complained. We were VERY impressed with him and how he helped us so much! What a great guy! Thank you so much!

Phenomenal service! Seriously, from start to finish, the process was smooth and everyone we worked with from the salesman to the installer were all amazing. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood which I really appreciate because talking furnaces, heat, air etc... is speaking a totally different language. They were very detail oriented and made sure that everything was as damn near perfect as it could be.
We got a quote from another place and they were charging almost double. I felt like Western had a lot more options to fit people's budgets and needs for their individual home. I was absolutely blown away with the service and the job they did. I could not be more happy and we are loving our brand new AC! Thank you Western!! You guys are the absolute best!!

Called them to take a look at our old furnace that hasn’t been working for a few days. José got it up and running in no time and did a great job showing us all the work he did and walking us through our options. Jose is the man

Michael was great! He was fast and extremely efficient. We needed a new water heater and decided to go tankless. He had the job done done and everything cleaned up in less than three hours.
I was impressed with his work and Western did a great job of communication and scheduling. I will definitely use them again!

Payson did an amazing job with our maintenance check today. Caught two pretty severe issues with our unit, with the disconnect arching which posed a serious safety issue and our compressor amps being way too high, past the manufacturers standard. Payson did a thorough inspection & a great job at explaining these two issues and providing photos of the issues and the rest of the inspection he performed which provided peace of mind. He gave us two quotes, which is always nice to have options, being our unit was installed a year ago today we went with the best option and he was able to get it done right then. Very pleased and will be asking for Payson on each bi-annual maintenance inspection we have!

Had Seth come out and evaluate my water heater and plumbing. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up going with Western to replace my water heater and do some other plumbing maintenance and Seth did a great job.

Also had Western replace my Heating A/C system. Brayan and his Dad did a great job with the install. Again like Seth, Brayan and his Dad were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Did a great job!

Western Heating snd Air is a company I highly recommend. All their employees whether on the phone or technicians in person are great and strive to give to the best service possible.

Brayan and Miguel were amazing! They replaced my AC and furnace in the same day. They were punctual, courteous, and clean as they brought enough drop cloths to cover their entire workplace. They even called me ahead of finishing to give me enough time to get back for a walkthrough. Phenomenal job!! When going with Western make sure to ask for Brayan and Miguel!!

Jose S was called out on Sunday for recurring leak. He was able immediately identify the problem Fix it so it should not happen again. Completely clean up the area He also identified another problem Western and Jose are working hard to resolve the situation
