My furnace stopped working this weekend and called Admiral based off their great reviews. The guy who came to fix it was very nice and professional. He did a great job in a timely manner at a great price. Would use again as well as recommend to anybody

They did a great job putting in our new water line. Can't even tell the dug in our front yard. The guys went the extra to make sure that everything was working before they left.

I’m super thankful to Holland who helped us with our furnace today. This morning it was hard to get the kids out of bed for school with the house being below 50 degrees. I called other places who were booked out for weeks! Holland arrived an hr after I called and had the issue fixed within an hr. He explained in detail the issues and gave me several options to choose from in regards to fixing/maintaining my furnace. He was patient with my lack of technical understanding and demonstrated professionalism and impeccable customer service. I’m impressed with how quickly my furnace was fixed and my home warming up again in these brutal winter days. Thanks again Holland!

Woke up the morning before Thanksgiving with no heat. My husband and I called around to several places and didn’t get any responses. Finally, we got through to someone they were able to get me set up with a time that evening. Holland was my technician. He was great. He was thorough in checking the unit, had many pictures to help me understand the issue and what my various options were. He never seemed in a hurry, even though it was after 5 when he finished. He double checked that I understood the concerns with my unit and that I didn’t have any questions or concerns before leaving. Highly recommend !

We were having AC issues, and with family coming for the weekend and bringing a newborn baby, we needed it fixed ASAP. Holland was our technician and he was fantastic! Came out same day. Cleared the line quickly. Nick was awesome, kind, super polite and caring.

Holland came to check out our AC system. He was very thorough in his examination. He listened to all our concerns and showed us exactly what he was working on. We felt like he listened carefully and explained patiently. He was very respectful, honest, and even wore booties to keep our floors clean. He also explained our options for improving our system without being pushy.

John.s is awesome not only did he solve my issue with a backed up tub he also noticed the handles were loose and fixed them in two seconds with out being the nickel and dime guy.

Dawn has always made it an easy experience to get things scheduled! She always keeps me up to date when someone is coming over to do some plumbing work.

Had a few questions about how my heat pump should be running, was extremely knowledgeable and checked out my whole system even took video's of the hard to reach areas to verify everything looked good

Admiral was fantastic from start to finish. I was able to make a same day appointment (without an emergency fee) mostly through text message. Andy arrived within the time window, I was given a heads up via text message and phone call when he was en route. And then Andy did a comprehensive diagnostic, provided me options, his professional opinion, and then got our home feeling much more comfortable all within his 90ish minute visit. Would definitely recommend and use again!
