VR has been awesome with us! Efficient, cost effective and SO great to work with - whether its for an emergency or remodel!

I have used VR Plumbing for years and am surprised with a review under 5. They are always professional and reasonable.

From beginning to end an exceptional experience...turned out to be minor fixes (phew) Jason was terrific, highly efficient and clearly very skilled (v nice guy to boot!).

V R Plumbing always gets it done! In our recent emergency need for some help, we called VR - but unfortunately they were over a week out in bookings - no appointments available. Understanding this, we went on the wait list and continued our search for the help we needed.

To our pleasant surprise, 2 hrs later the owner knocked on our door and said - how can I help? He replaced our broken pipes, stopped the leaks, and put us back in operation.

I can't say enough how grateful we are for your help and quality service. Thanks for going the extra mile Vern! You really made a difference for us.

The guy came out to do a simple job, and he did it fine. He also inspected a couple of things we asked for and he was quite honest. A bit slow, but professional

Phone calls are never answered you always have to leave a message and then only returned half the time.

It would be nice if you returned calls.

I have tried calling about getting a quote 3 times and left 2 voicemails... No one has called me back. Y'all need to get better at answering your phone and calling people back. I will now be taking my business to someone else.

I agreed to pay for them to complete a couple projects, and it turned into me running around town trying to find parts they were asking for, me patching up the drywall holes they needed to cut for the project, and me helping them figure out how to get the kitchen sink installed. Plus the price was at the point where I regret not just doing it myself. BUT they were very responsive and punctual when it came to giving me a quote and starting the work. The work they did was well done, but the customer definitely should not need to be as involved as I was.

Months ago, they didn't answer the phone. Last month their appointment times were weeks out. Years ago, I used them exclusively. They were very good if you got the right plumber. The choices for service are limited in our area. If you do find someone willing to do the work quickly, you will pay more than you have last year by a factor of 2. Fair. Supply and demand are driving prices way up. Good for them. Seriously.
