You never want to have to make this call, but when it’s forced upon you, this is the type of place you want; honest, respectful, friendly, efficient. Ultimately it didn’t work out for me bc my LG washing machine’s poor manufacturing makes it a better deal to just buy a new one, but the bright side is I found a good local appliance service if I’m ever again in need.

Wow, so the owner came out on two separate occasions (one for diagnostic and one for repair) was here for quite awhile on his 2nd trip and did not charge me anything because he was not able to repair due the repair requiring a GE technician. I am so grateful that he he did not charge me and think that that is above and beyond customer service. I am keeping his card and if I need a repair in the future he will be the first person I call!!!
