I am so blown away by how incredible the entire team at Comfort Pros Heating and Air were on our project. A complete HVAC installation is something every homeowner dreads; however, the team made it as seamless and as painless as possible. The crew was incredibly respectful, from the moment they came for the quote, through the entire installation process, and even the follow up. We genuinely felt like the team cared about the project, which says a lot these days. Thank you to the entire Comfort Pros staff for the work you did, we’re breathing easy these days because of you!

These guys are amazing!! Any time I’ve had a question or issue they are very responsive and come out that day or the next. They are very proactive about finding any issues. Every employee I’ve had contact with is professional, explains what happened in a way I can understand, and is nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jacob and Jace were friendly and professional! I appreciated that they put booties over their shoes. They had to move stuff around to get to our water heater and then put everything back where it went, not leaving a mess 😅

Prompt and professional service for everything that they have done for my family and I. They replaced an outdoor condenser unit for us and everything was handled wonderfully. We have had a ton of problems with our new build, and Jarom has diagnosed and fixed them all. He has been to our home several times and takes the time to fully explain our issues, and all of our options. The fixes have worked perfectly and his follow up is unmatched. Strongly recommend Comfort Pros for all HVAC needs.

Jacob (Jake) and Jace were so awesome! They came at the time they said they would, and provided such good service. They replaced my toilet quickly and efficiently and left the bathroom spotless. They were polite and communicated clearly what they were doing. If you need a plumber, definitely call these guys!

Highly recommend! So happy with the service and work done! We initially got a bid from one stop and felt like it was too high. Contact comfort pros for a second bid and it was MUCH more reasonable. Got our new ac installed quickly and it’s worked great: they even sent a text a week later to make sure it was all working good still.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job at my house today, installing my New Furnace, Air conditioner system, and my water heater. Patrick and Jaxon were amazing and very professional. They even cleaned up when they were done. I'm a satisfied and happy customer.

Comfort Pro Heating & Air serviced my neighbors house. They were so polite, to me as the neighbor swept up, cleaned up so well after themselves. Parked their cars in the appropriate spot. It’s not often you see a quality like that anymore.

My AC went out over the weekend and I called Comfort Pros. Jacob showed up and he was very knowledgeable and looked at everything and took the time to explain what he was doing to diagnose the problem. Wonderful service. Very professional and empathetic towards our situation. I'll definitely call them again.👍

Jake and Jace came out today and did a great job for me. They called before coming letting me know what time to expect them. They were polite and very knowledgeable explaining and addressing my plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend them and Comfort Pros Plumbing!

I chose Comfort Pros to install a new water heater in my home and I’m very glad I did. They were easy to work with and were able to come to my home quickly. Jake and Jace, the installation team, were super friendly and knowledgeable and worked together well. Jake did exactly what he stated he would do and completed the job in a timely manner. They also did a nice job cleaning up after the work was completed. If you’re looking for an honest and reputable company, you can feel good about Comfort Pros. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our AC started going out during one of the hottest weeks this summer and Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air came out same day to take a look and see what the problem was. They were able to detect the problem quickly and get the repairs done fast after parts came in. They called to check on us while we were waiting for parts to make sure we were ok and the heat wasn’t too much. They are very honest and their prices are amazing! I will absolutely be using them for all maintenance and repairs moving forward!

Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air provided an A/C repair for us. The office staff was friendly and professional, communicating service time updates. Jacob arrived promptly, asked questions about the problems and quickly diagnosed the issues. Having the parts in the truck, within a half hour the work was complete and A/C was fully functional again. Jacob then provided some easy maintenance recommendations. He also patiently talked me through some other plumbing system upgrades that we might consider in the future. Comfort Pros provided excellent and timely service at a reasonable cost. I recommend them highly.

My experience went well from start to finish. What started off with me finally calling for help identifying the problem with my HVAC system freezing up in the summer turned into a company explaining all my options and providing me with quotes for every option. Ric's assistance with explaining my options was fantastic. Once a decision was made Jake, Wyatt, Jace, and Daniel did a great job installing my new system.

They were fast to get on the service. Jacob my tec gave me a tutorial on the working of my old wall heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful in other work I need completed with my heating to make it more efficient and easy for me. Will keep there phone number on my fridge if I need help. Highly recommended

So I'm so happy we went with these guys they really took care of us, and made sure everything went well! Before doing anything major like location of the ac and stuff they consulted us just to be sure which was awesome! They cleaned up afterwards and made the place look better then it was afterwards. We had to get a brand new ac and heater and humidifier installed so there was a bunch of work to be done! 10 / 10 we would work with them again and have them come service check our system afterwards.

Jonathon was courteous, efficient, and fixed the issues. System seems to be working well now. Comfort Pros was great to get out quickly to fix the issues even though the weather was hot and they were probably very busy. They have been great to respond to several issues that have arisen since they installed the furnace/AC system.

Jake and Jace responded quickly on the same day we requested service. They had excellent communication throughout the process, from the time they were heading to my house, and each step they needed to take as they were identifying where the leak was. They took care to keep drywall repairs to a minimum, and cleaned up after they finished. I would highly recommend using Comfort Pros, especially if you are lucky enough to get Jake and/orJace as your service team.
