Very professional! We had a furnace/A/C issue, they came out same day and got our furnace working. They serviced and replaced the A/C unit in a timely manner and were very easy to work with!

Ben and Mike were awesome to work with. Their attention to detail and customer service were the best. Ben didn't apply any hard sell tactics but recommended things that we could do that hadn't been presented to us before. In the end we decided to go with Green Line not necessarily because we got the best price but because I trusted them and their desire to find the best solutions for me and that I felt comfortable that they would always be there with honesty and expert service.

They replaced my water heater and furnace in the middle of winter the day after I called. They even offered to bring portable heater for the night! Just last week, they were able to get our AC unit replaced when the valley was pushing 100F and our system decided to stop working. Greenline was very professional from beginning to end. Ben worked with me during the quoting process by answering all my questions quickly and professionally. Braeden and Kyson managed the job over a day & a half with courtesy and efficiency. We sold our home & have 6 days to be out of our house and just our luck, our water heater completely stops producing hot water and was leaking everywhere this morning. I called GreenLine and Ben came out within the next hour to see if it could be repaired or if it needed replacement. Our water heater had reached the end of its lifespan so Ben sent his Plumber, Gavin, to install a new water heater for us - Gavin arrived shortly after with the new water heater and installed it all within 2 short hours!! Zach and Gavin were great! I was able to get someone out quickly for a consult and they were able to replace my water heater the next morning. Fast service. No extra fees that I wasn’t aware of. One price out the door. I highly recommend!

Green Line Plumbing and HVAC has come to the rescue four times this season alone.

It started when the heat of summer rolled in and my A/C unit stopped working. Ben came out the next morning to help me.

Then I sent him to my mum’s home as she is in her 80’s and she went all last summer without an A/C due to a Freon leak. I felt I could trust Ben, so I talked with him about my mum and then sent him over. He did wonderful and honest work for her. Any issues she has had, she has been able to reach out to him.

But wait…there’s more!

I knew there was corrosion on the top of my water heater, but I was feeling really anxious about it going out…it hadn’t, but the anxiety was real. I literally lost sleep over it. So I texted Ben and he came to take a look. The pressure expansion tank was too large for the unit and not properly supported, therefore putting a lot of weight on the copper pipe and bending it. If it blew I would have a great flood. Ben had his technician Zac come and replace it that day.
But wait…there’s more!!
My water softener also was no longer working. I had put in salt, cycled the system, done all the things…but my water was still hard. Come to find out there were issues with the softener unit and the brine tank. My water is so hard that it damages pipes, water heaters, it even etched dishes. So, that Friday he arranged to replace it on Monday morning. Zac is a hard worker. He asked if there was anything else he needed to look at. I had a hose stuck on the faucet out back that was seized on. Zac helped to get that off for me, checked my reverse osmosis and my leaking faucet.

I cannot recommend Green Line highly enough. If you are in need of a plumber/HVAC guy with honesty and integrity, Green Line is the way to go. I will only send the very best to my mum.
