One of my good friends last weekend had one of there trees break in the bad winds we had in Cottonwood Heights. Sunday morning we called John at same day dumpster. He had a dumpster there within an hour. I was impressed with such short notice. It was pouring down rain that turned to snow. We got his tree all cut down and loaded by the afternoon. John is very professional and thorough. The dumpster was very clean and easy to load. His prices are very reasonable. John picked up the dumpster the very next morning. He follows thru with what he says he’s going to do. I will definitely know who to call whenever I need a dumpster. 👍

This company goes above and beyond for their clients. I needed a dumpster mid afternoon for a big tree clean up project for my grandparents. The guy I talked to on the phone after the initial online
booking was beyond helpful and told me the perfect size I actually needed for the job. I know this can’t always be the case but I received the dumpster on my driveway 30 minutes later! Even 2 hours later would have been perfect but they were on it! When they showed up I’ve never seen such a clean dumpster inside and out. You can tell they take care of their equipment with pride. Once we filled the dumpster I called back the number and again they were on it! Everything from the website to talking with the driver was as smooth as could be! This is the real deal here. Sean, the professional driver, backed into a tight spot off a busy street and made it look easy. What an ambassador for the company! When we filled the dumpster up faster than we thought, he came and picked it up, dumped it and brought it back all in the same day so I could keep working the next day. Sticky was awesome! Great communication. Explained clearly to my husband all the details of the rental. Got the dumpster into a tight spot in our driveway safely. When we finished early (on the same day even though it was scheduled for 4) and needed it picked up he came by within an hour of me calling! Excellent customer service, dumpster was nice and clean. This company is great! We were motivated to clean our garage out and began our home reno. There is nothing more de-motivating than running out of dumpster space. Luckily Same Day Dumpster was on it, reliable and timely we were so productive.

I requested a dumpster on a Saturday morning and had one at my house within the hour. The total cost for the dumpster will end up being about the same cost as renting a small trailer from Home Depot for one day and taking everything to the dump myself. The dumpster is bigger, more convenient, saves me time, and I don't have stress about getting everything done within the rental window.

I’m glad Sticky was my delivery driver today. He was professional, friendly, showed care and took pride of his work, was respectful toward my property, and even made my three year old son’s day by gifting him a (branded) tape measure. Sticky took the time to discuss where and how I wanted the dumpster placed, and then maneuvered the dumpster exactly how I wanted within a tight space.

The dumpster we received was washed out right before it was delivered, so it was clean and odor free.

I am not a big review writing guy but 2 or 3 times a year a local business delights me and I feel compelled to help them with a review and this was one of those instances. As somebody who makes his living not in construction at times it can be intimidating or frustrating to interface with the construction industry, but not this time! Super friendly, patient with my questions, super fast delivery, texted before showing up, picked up on time, with enthusiasm and pride. I would pay more to use these guys, but they were actually 40% less than what Waste Management had quoted me, until Waste Management learned that I was disposing of sod and wouldn't help me. Thank goodness they didn't, because that led me to Same Day. Stop reading reviews and book these guys now.
