We went to get our A/C going this year and the condenser had finally given out after 26 years. CMC had someone out and on it the next day with a new one installed within 36 hours. Couldn't be more impressed with the honest service that CMC provides.

Excellent service when our furnace went out over the weekend. They replaced our furnace and checked out the air ducts to make sure the warm air was getting to every room. They went the extra mile by giving us some tips on keeping the furnace working properly for years to come. Thanks CMC.

I've used CMC for a long time, always with great results. Most recently, CMC helped mere out when it was really hot. I live in a condo complex in an older building. When my AC went out, and since it's an old system in an old building, I needed a new system. CMC ordered and fully installed a new system for me within a few days. Thanks to CMC's hard work, I didn't get stuck in the heat for long.

It's very scary calling hvac people. You never know how much it's going to cost and who is coming out. We had the best experience with CMC. From Bill trouble shooting with us over the phone for 30 minutes over Memorial Day weekend and Cody coming out and doing a Suparb job.

CMC has always gone above and beyond for me. They are the only company I trust with my own home as well as my rentals. They have helped me trouble shoot, repair, or replace multiple units at a fair price. They are a company of great integrity and have always been quick to respond.

Within the last year I've had to replace both my furnace and my AC - quickly! The furnace went out in the dead of winter and the AC died just as the summer heat ramped up. Bill and Cody were absolutely wonderful making sure that we were taken care of immediately. They explained everything in detail eliminating a lot of the angst one feels when making such large purchases. These guys are just great!

I've worked with other HVAC companies in the past. I find most of them to be unprofessional and dishonest. CMC is the exception to the rule. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. They have never tried to up-sale me. When I recently had to change out my entire system; they were able to get the job done promptly and for a good price. I highly recommend them!

Over the years, CMC has been an extremely reliable and honest company. I have had my heater go out in the midst of a winter storm on christmas eve, leaving me and my family freezing. After calling CMC I instantly got a reasonable bid, break down of costs, and a repair man at my door shortly after. They were honest about what was needed to fix the problem without busting my bank, and were punctual, kind and clean. I have shared this company with my friends and family, and have been happy to see that they have continuously treated everyone with the same great care. I would recommend this company to anyone! By far the best experience I've received with great prices. I always feel comfortable calling Bill. He's very knowledgeable about the product they sell and maintenance. Cody has done several installations of central air units, furnaces for me. He's always on time, dependable and very professional. I'm so glad I can depend on CMC. I have used CMC Heating for several years. They are always willing to come and do whatever work is necessary. They are very professional and give me an up-front estimate before they do any work. They guarantee their service. I have them come every fall and change filters and get the air conditioner serviced, and get the furnace ready for the winter. They are honest and fair, and I highly recommend them.
