They are slow, orders get stalled or lost in the parts department. I called to order critical parts for a customers chiller, called and gave them my credit card information. Waited the 2+ weeks I was told it would take, finally called back and they said they never ordered it because I didn't give them my credit card number. Now it will be another 3 weeks?
Also sent email to parts department for information on heat exchanger rebuild, and finally called in and they said they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. 3 weeks, no response from them, no follow up to let me know. I tried calling their office to speak with the general manager and no one answered the phone. No reception, no help. Not the first time these things have happened. I cringe when I have a problem and have to go there.

Someone in your work van should be fired. I was driving back to work from my lunch break and it was yesterday 10/31 of course Halloween. This guy in the van had to be going at least 95-100MPH. Someone shouldn’t be driving a company vehicle around recklessly like that. He would lane weave at that speed and never indicated when he wanted to be in another lane because of someone driving a somewhat normal speed. Definitely didn’t feel safe driving with him on the road. I don’t who it was but you’ve gotta get rid of someone like that. I don’t care if they were late for something, you don’t drive that fast for anything.

Horrendous service. I have called 4 times over the last week and left messages- no one has answered, or called back once. We have a machine that’s been needing maintenance, and I don’t even know who else I would call to do it, but I suppose I have to look at other options. Been disappointed with them in the past, but now not being responsive is insanity.

I even emailed the account they asked me to and no one responded there either. Pretty shocked at that one.
