Amazing service! Despite being busy, (rightly so!) they worked us into their schedule for a pretty urgent problem. They were fast, friendly, did the job right despite on-site challenges. They saved me some serious $$$ on site prep by being willing to work in difficult conditions and still did top quality work.

Needed some work done in our home and I was having trouble finding a fair, honest plumber. I called Dean Phillips Plumbing and I will never call another plumber. Dean knew exactly what the fixtures were, the problems that came along with the type of fixtures I had, and even though they were ancient parts that needed to be replaced, he was able to get them.

My boyfriend had been messing around with it for weeks and it continued to leak for quite sometime, but when Dean came in he knew automatically to look for the pressure washers that always come off inside behind the valve. Sure enough there was two of them.

we had to re-route our gas line for our new Kitchen - Dean came out with short notice and provided 5 star service. They were in and out in under an hour and the price was more than fair compared to the "Big guys" who i think will rip you off at any chance they can get. Make sure to call these guys first to help you resolve your plumbing issues. We will use Dean Phillips plumbing for all our plumbing needs from now on!

There is a very good reason why everyone gives Dean Phillips five stars! Quality, professionalism and value. The "big box" plumbing companies came out to quote a re-install of our kitchen plumbing after having a new counter top installed, and quoted a flat-rate price of over $600 for the job - including $70 each to install three water-supply valves that I can buy at Ace Hardware for less than $10 each - and could put in myself in less than 10 minutes. DP came out and did a fantastic, professional job, charged by the hour, and the total was just over $200 for the job - and I am sure that they did a much better job. Oh, did I mention honesty? They are our plumbers now, forever!

I’ve had Dean do several jobs for me and he is always great to work with. Fair pricing and always very professional. I have referred him to my friends and they have been happy with his services and availability as well. Highly recommend him.

Whoa! Dean Phillips is the man! Maybe I got lucky with his availability; I needed a water heater and Dean was more responsive and communicative than others I called. He and Dan were in and out in a few hours and the bill was what he quoted. Thanks Dean!

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency in pricing for the services performed in my home. I was charged $180 an hour, but this rate was never disclosed upfront. When I inquired about the cost, I was told not to worry about it, which was frustrating . Later, I was informed the higher rate was due to the need for an additional driver, which should have been explained beforehand.
Their rates are significantly higher than other companies I’ve researched. That said, the job itself was completed adequately, and I had no issues with the quality of work performed.
Also, no detailed receipt was provided to me on the work performed, only the AMX charge.

Simple faucet replacement. Quoted $195 at first then they quoted $179 scheduling fee on top of that. Technician and office not on the same page. Stay away from this company
