Put in a service request this morning, and had the guys here by 1 pm. They identified the problem immediately and got to work. They also asked a couple times if there was anything else, and low and behold I forgot about the toilet that won't quit running. Not even a couple of hours later, both were fixed! These guys are fantastic! After 6 weeks with no hot water while we were fighting with a dishonest, overpriced company, these guys came out, gave an honest evaluation, and had us up and running as soon as they possibly could. They were quick, efficient, honest, and fairly priced. We will absolutely be using them again!

Drainbuster is my go-to for any plumbing issue. Top quality work. Speed. Great customer service, and the most fairly priced plumber I have come across. We have hired Drainbuster (Nathan and Robbie) for three different jobs. For two of the jobs, we received multiple bids from others plumbers. Nathan always gave us a thorough assessment of the problem and a fair price. Their bids have always been more than reasonable and consistently lower than others who had also misdiagnosed the problem.

Drainbuster is also willing to take on hard jobs. We had a few plumbers decline work or give huge bids because of access issues they didn't want to deal with. Drainbuster took the job and handled the access issues easily and charged a totally reasonable price.

They move fast and do top notch work. True plumbing experts.

Nathan from DrainBuster helped us solve an issue where 7 of 9 brand new traps were leaking. He was very cost-conscious, professional, skilled and responsive. Ultimately, rather than replace and re-install, he removed and re-installed those 7 traps but did so at a much higher skill level than the original installing plumber. Nathan and DrainBuster are now in our contacts as our preferred plumbers in Park City, UT.

Chris was great. He fixed the ABS drain pipe under my sink. He even went the extra mile and added a clean out for easy access. He was very nice, cleaned up well and was professional.

I needed a water heater, the day I called is the day it was replaced. They also gave me the best price I could find. Very informative and clean the tec was a very nice person to work with. I had them out on another occasion to fix my toilet. I believe a child put a toy in my toilet and flushed it. Drainbuster came out right away and cleaned out my toilet. Haven't had any issues since.

He contacted my home warranty insurance company a couple of times to make sure I received the most coverage possible.
