Woo hoo! They had a part for my 30 year old, "obsolete" furnace. When it can no longer be repaired, I will ask these guys to replace it.

I was helped by a guy named Guy. LOL. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Guy wanted to help me save as much as he could. Thank you.

Hey! they got furnace!!! I was able to pick up a ignitor from Aire-Flo and got our furnace fix in a couple hours.

Recently purchased a new furnace and AC from Aire-Flo. They came in significantly cheaper than Neerings and were installing similar equipment. Will use Aire-Flo in the future.

Extremely helpful, whether they have what you need or not. A little overpriced, but they do have what you need, or they can get it. They sell to the public. Easy access off the freeway or 4700 South.

I went to 4 places trying to find a new capacitor. I got sent to this store and he immediately tested the one I had, told me it was bad, sold me a new one and I was in my way! When I replaced the A.C. started right back up.

These guys are life savers. No one could come out to check my ac which just needed a new capacitor. These guys sold me the capacitor so I could fix my ac vs waiting days

My husband studied up some youtube videos and decided to replace our furnace motor himself. Aire-Flo gave him advice that helped him buy the right motor for us ($178), helped him avoid buying parts we didn't need, gave him a couple tips on install and quick checkout. This project was pain-free and affordable because of Aire-Flo!

Great service! Salesman was Dan and he was very nice and informative. Completed on time and exactly to spec. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I went in to get a capacitor and igniter and fixed the problem. Two days later the motor went out on the same furnace. They tested it and pulled the fan from the motor and listed the wiring diagram for me as the new motor had different color wires. No charge even after I offered. Took it home and installed it. Runs like a champ! Probly save me a grand!

Top rate service, cost, customer service!! Repaired my inducer motor in less than 15 mins with a year long warrant on parts and labor!
I called around slc and everyone else wanted over double for part and install plus, you have option of buying just the part and can install yourself if one so choose.
I'm shocked I had not heard of them and that everyone else is breaking people's banks-greedy!!!

I recently had a great experience working with this company, especially Brent. They will be my go-to partner for my HVAC / Furnace needs. If there's a chance I can fix something, I'm game to try, but homeowners are shut-out of the parts supply. Large names like Trane and Lennox will only sell to contractors. Aire-Flo is the critical link. These folks are responsive to calls, are respectful of the handy homeowner who is brave enough to fix stuff on his/her own, are willing to lend their expertise and even do bench testing of suspect parts. Finally, they acquire OEM parts from wholesaler on your behalf. They reasonably have a strict no return policy for electronics, so they are not a "try it til it works" kind of place. Although, I didn't use their field repair service, they do on-call repairs as well. Based on the vibe I had working through my DIY stuff, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a service call.

Our AC died, I did some research and testing and discovered the capacitor was blown. They had the part for $24. 30 minutes later we were up and running. Thank you so much!!!!

This company represents what value truly is. I've never met such honest and loyal and good hearted folks. You can tell they really care about their customers.

The capacitor on my AC unit went out during this last week's record heat wave. Aire-Flo was happy to sell me the part I needed (other suppliers do not sell to the general public, and refused me when I showed up there).

The woman at the counter was very helpful, and was not judging or condescending at all that I am not a professional HVAC technician. She tested my capacitor and sold me a replacement. She also gave me some "plumber's tape" for free because the replacement capacitor was different dimensions from the on I pulled out, which was so helpful when I got home.

Searched everywhere for an igniter for my furnace. But everywhere I called wouldn’t sell to the public. Called these guys and they were awesome! They not only had one I had given them the wrong model number. They figured it out and had the part in stock. They were really nice even with me being dumb.
