I had two gas fireplaces that needed cleaning and some repair to get started this year. Comfort Solutions really came through for me. I expected that they would be able to get the fireplaces working again but they really when beyond my expectations and got them looking like new as well as working again.

Darren was great! He was punctual, polite, and efficient! He was able to solve the problem quickly and now I have a working fireplace! Thank you for having such a great company to work with!

He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Got the work done and answered any questions we had. He also cleaned our fireplace ports so it is working correctly. That was extra cost but well worth it. 👌

We have been using comfort solutions for years. We have liked what we see. The techs are knowledgeable, respectful, and timely. We request Shane and hope to continue having him come and visit a few times a year. Definite recommend.

The repair service on my fireplace was excellent. The technician was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about the product. They answered all my questions and did a walkthrough of the controls and app. It was a great experience working with them.

Logan was fantastic! My Nest thermostat wasn’t operating correctly and he was able to figure out the problem and then get it repaired quickly. I really appreciate the effort he put into figuring out what exactly the issue was so it was able to function like it’s supposed to.

Tyler did a superb job replacing the blower and refurbishing my fireplace. He showed up promptly and was very professional and personable. Recommend

Finn was very professional and friendly. He let us know every step of the way what was needed and how he was going to fix the problem. He also let us know about company specials that were going on. We feel very comfortable about the work that was performed

The three technicians that came out to install the fireplace
were professional and courteous. Tarps were place on floor so no soot could get on the floor. Fireplace was install carefully old fireplace was removed. The techs cleaned meticulously no left over garbage left behind. Excellent service I would recommend .

Daren was great! He cleaned the fireplace up beautifully, maintained the furnace and even made it easier for me to get my filter in and out! Comfort solutions also took care of our air conditioning this summer, we have been happy with all our services!

Great service - I called in the morning with a furnace issue and a technician arrived at 1 and fixed the issue. Jason was professional and polite. Very fair price, I would recommend them to anyone.

Logan helped us repair our fireplace that would not stay lit. He was very professional an courteous. He knew what the problem was just from a description and verified his diagnosis quickly. He suggested an easy repair that o could do myself and saved us money over having him have to do it.
