I recently had a sewer issue and from the time I called iRepair until the problem was resolved, they were on it. They were responsive and professional.

Irepair was very good and clean and fast and curtyuse.

I called them to fix a dirty igniter and they said that it was fine. They were also supposed to drain my water heater and they said that they couldn't. Still paid for both services. Now Black Diamond is here fixing my heater and they told me that now my water heater is leaking alot and I never had any problems with it before.

This company was so unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for July 3, 2019 and they provided a window of time they would be there. It was for a clogged drain in a rental unit I have and the tenant took the day off so she could be there to let the plumber in to do the work. On the morning of the appointment I did not hear from them so I called about 11:30 am to verify they were still going to show up. The Irepair representative apologized and said they were running a few hours late but said they would still be there to complete the service. I contacted my tenant and told them they were still coming and to wait. About an hour later , a guy called from Irepair called and said they ran into a problem and could not honor their commitment and then asked if I would like to reschedule. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I would never trust them to honor any appointment and will never give them another chance. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am sure there are plenty of professional plumbers that wold not act in this unprofessional manner.
