Josh did a fantastic job installing the ford charger on our historic home. He took his time explaining everything, and ensured he installed everything safely and inconspicuously. Highly recommend.

Josh is the absolute best! He was so great at addressing any of the concerns I had in regards to installing an Electric Vehicle Charger to my rental unit. He worked with me to create a cohesive plan for my landlord to approve and executed to perfection. Not only is his electric work great in our older house but he was very timely and hardworking. Very appreciative to have him help us.

My experience with connection heating& plumbing was more than satisfactory. Kaden was so polite & knowegble in ith repar I need them to come out for. He was not a pressure salesman that we always dread coming for a repair. He even put shoe covers on lol. I totally recommend these guys to help you with your needs. Thx Kaden

Joshua Lillywhite called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. We were so glad he is a certified electrician with many hundreds of electric vehicle charger installations. He checked the installation of the circuits and wiring to make sure they were installed by our home builder to code. Our Tesla install only took 45 minutes. I feel at peace knowing it was installed by a professional and all connections and codes are correct. Great job by a company and tech that know about high power installations.

My water heater failed Friday night, leaking into the drain, and I didn't discover it until Saturday morning. I had Connect in my phone, but couldn't recall when I'd used them or if I liked them. Kayden was on emergency call this day and found the precise unit we installed 10 years earlier, the Rheem Professional. This newer model should be even better. Kayden was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll request him for my next service. 😁

Quick and responsive experience. Josh did an initial consult, and then came out to do the install for an electric charging unit. He was thorough, informative, and very friendly. Highly recommend working with this company, and Josh especially.

Ken is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! We were frustrated with the layout of our unfinished basement. Ken helped us navigate the best plan without compromising the needed space. The bathroom layout turnout perfect, and he made the plumbing redirection process seem so simple. Ken thank you for taking the time to problem solve, and educating us on all our options.

Had a pipe leak on a Sunday - no access to indoor water at all. Connect was able to come out within about 90 minutes and diagnose the issue. Kayden Taylor is the man - gave me great information and saved me almost $400 on the part we needed. Replaced a faulty PRV, water leak fixed, water pressure much better throughout the house. Thank you Kayden and Connect, you were wonderful to work with.

Kayden came to my house this morning 15 minutes early, which was very appreciated. He got right to work and solve the problem and I added another problem and he was able to fix that also. He was efficient, friendly, and I would have him come again

Had a wonderful experience with Connect Home Services today! Josh came out and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors that were on a vaulted ceiling that I don’t have a ladder high enough to get to. He was incredibly polite and professional! Would highly recommend and would work with again anytime. Thanks again Josh!
