Trent and his help were absolutely amazing.
We ran into a little problem, it was already late and they stayed and got me all fixed up.

Trent and Hyrum are an awesome team - they came by to install a backwater valve in our utility closet. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Had to break down through the concrete floor, but cleaned it all up nicely and it looks as good as new!

Trent was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He actually told me ahead of time what he thought the issue may be and he was correct. He fixed the issue and educated me on why the issue occurred and what to do to avoid similar problems in the future.

Trent is definitely a master plumber, distinguished by efficient and professional service. He and his assistant did everything as promised on my soft water install and gave me great advice.

The upflow system installed consumes half the amount of salt as cheaper systems and is only slightly more expensive; would highly recommend.

Trent and Hyrum at Neon were great. They replaced the pan under my water heater. The quote I got was over $1,000 less than the competitors and they completed more than what the competition was going to do. They were also great to work with on schedule.

Hyrum did a great job removing our old water heater and replacing it with a new Rheem water heater and installing a new high efficiency water softener.

Very thankful for the Neon Plumbing crew. Scheduling the service was simple and clear, Trent and the other plumber were very professional and went the extra mile to help us get the clogged drain back to normal. It was hard because our sewer line was longer than expected and we had to run through it multiple times, with the regular approach not working. They worked fast and worked with me to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it.

I don't often write reviews, but Trent Mortensen with Neon went out of his way to make my life exceptionally easy with this unexpected project. Our condo has a hydronic heating unit, which died suddenly. There is only one company in the U.S. that manufactures these units and each unit is made-to-order. Dealing with a manufacturer that is in a monopolistic position is never easy, but Trent got our order in and dealt with them to make the experience as expeditious, pain free, and seamless as possible. I was impressed by his availability (always answering a text) and, ultimately, by the job and the work he did. Our condo is a second floor unit and Trent had to install the unit from the outside, which put our siding in jeopardy. Trent and his team took great care in their approach and execution and salvaged the siding. I was very impressed and highly recommend Neon Heating Plumbing & Air. Thanks, Trent!

Hyrum with Neon Plumbing came out last Monday to do a change-out on a valve. He was here on time and very professional, he got straight to work wasting no time. The pricing is competitive and the work was excellent. Hyrum is an outstanding knowledgeable representative for Neon plumbing. We will be using Neon going forward, infact we have already scheduled another repair. As an overall grade we give Hyrum and Neon a solid A.

Trent, was super nice! They were awesome at communicating and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing needs. They roughed my basement and installed the tub and walls.

Trent from Neon plumbing came up to our house outside park City and flushed out our water tank and put a new cleaning rod in out water heater. He did a great job and is a very nice man. He also looked at one of our sinks and gave me several quotes on different soft water options. We will definitely be using Neon and Trent in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Hyrum at Neon Plumbing is one of the best plumbers I've ever worked with. He's friendly and helpful and clearly explains how he plans to complete the work I've asked him to do. I have had them do work for me several times. This last time, Hyrum was replacing an old vent pipe in a garage. He even went above and beyond and helped me with some extra tasks that weren't part of the job. I appreciate the quality of work and professional demeanor of Hyrum and Trent! I'd recommend them over and over again.

Hyrum did an excellent installation and Trent was super thorough on the front end with the bid. There was no effort to force a sale or add on to the scope of work that I requested. They were great in every regard. They installed a Navien tankless water heater.

Arturo did an awesome job getting my furnace running quickly this morning. He was friendly and efficient getting the work done. He also changed the filter for me. I really appreciate his fast response and excellent work. I recommend him to anyone needing a furnace repair.

What a lovely experience! I thought I was looking at a new water heater, but instead, Trent just relit the pilot, checked everything else out and no charge! Such a nice change from the usual 'hard sells' I have experienced in the past. This company is my new plumber company for sure.

My experience with Neon Plumbing, and Trent who was sent out, was as professional as it gets. He was at my place within 24 hours of my placing the non-emergency call to get a look at a minor leak in my crying, and called to see if they could come early (so awesome). Trent was super courteous and clean, ranging from wearing the shoe-covering booties on his shoes at all times in my house to catching any mess on cloth that he setup. He was very kind and helpful.

Most importantly, he helped us figure the whole thing out to get it all fixed. We would highly recommend Neon Plumbing and Trent to anyone.

We had a shower valve leaking and causing a huge mess. Trent was able to come out the next day and get us a qoute for the repairs as well as some other crucial plumbing devices (shutoff valve, PRV and expansion tank) our severely outdated plumbing system was in desperate need of. We had a new tankless water heater installed to replace an old water heater. We also had three new toilets installed. Hyrum and the crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. They kept me informed on their progress throughout. They did a great job! I would definitely use them again!

On another occasion we had a sudden sewer drain pipe leak. I called Trent and he had Hyrum here within an hour. Hyrum diagnosed the problem. He replaced a long cracked pipe and other degraded pipes to prevent future problems. He noticed a very small leak nearby and fixed that as well. He also installed an access panel to cover the hole in the ceiling so we didn't need to patch the drywall ourselves.

I really appreciate their fast response, attention to detail, and providing solutions that make things easier for us. I highly recommend them!
