We had a leak on our main water line. What we thought would be a repair turned into a complete replacement of our water line from the meter to the house. Brandon was professional and easy to talk with. His crew (Mario, Danny, Trevor, Mitch, and Shane) showed up on time and worked tirelessly to replace our water line. They did what they said they would and stayed late to make sure the job was complete. I will definitely be using Plumbing Utah Heating and Air in the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a leak that we weren’t aware of until looking at prior water bills. They came out quickly, got us taken care of efficiently and even were kind and towards our family. Brandon was also patient with my many questions. The kids got a kick out of watching the workers. You can’t really tell where it was done which is a big bonus. The quote was quite a bit less than other big companies. Very happy we went with them.

Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He understands building codes and installed my water heater very well. They fixed the duct work from the previous install which was completely wrong and now my house is much safer. I checked the install with a level and it was perfect. Good plumbers who stand behind their work.

I had a great experience using Plumbing Utah Heating & Air. I have been dealing with a leak in my basement apartment for a very long time. After working with another vendor who was unable to fix the problem, I determined that a French Drain installation was needed. They gave me the best quote for the work to be done and talked me through the entire process. To install a French Drain you dig a trench down to the bottom of the home foundation. My previous vendor had offered to paint a waterproof membrane on the foundation wall for free (since their previous efforts hadn’t worked - through no fault of their own - I have a poorly done foundation with tons of holes). Plumbing Utah was willing to coordinate with them and make sure that we could do all the work on the same day. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves . My neighbor was out of town when my work was done and she couldn’t even tell a difference other than some bushes that I had removed for the work. The team was nice and responsive too. Months later, my leak reappeared. I reached off and had two responses within hours. Brandon Taylor, the owner came out to help me in less than 12 hours to help diagnose the issue again. It was not an issue with the French Drain but probably a sprinkler going through a gap in a window. He adjusted my sprinklers and my neighbors (with permission) and got soaking wet in the process and didn’t complain at all. He was patient and understanding about everything and didn’t charge me a cent. He gave me solid advice about fixing the issue and he even made friends with my dog. He followed up with me the next day to see if everything was better. Brandon also saw an issue my neighbor had and let us know about it so we could fix it (no benefit to himself). 10/10 - I would definitely use them again. Their service goes way above and beyond and their pricing was great. Best experience with a vendor I have had in a while.

I called several different plumbing companies in my area and without a doubt Plumbing Utah Heating and Air was the most reliable, decent priced, fastest service, and the most professional. I 100% recommend Heath, he was very knowledgeable, well-mannered, detail-oriented, and his work ethic is on point! He got the job done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company for simple fixes repiping, sprinklers, basically all your plumbing needs. I plan on calling them to have them repipe my house, redo my sprinklers, and any other future plumbing needs! Everyone in the office was extremely thorough, generous, upbeat and was able to answer any concerns or questions I had in a professional manner and timeline. Thank you all for the excellent service I'll definitely be calling you again for my plumbing needs!

Furthermore, Heath and Kayden swooped in the very next day to replace our boiler. Their professionalism shone through as they thoroughly explained the issues with the boiler and presented effective solutions. The entire team at Plumbing Utah Heating and Air exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be more impressed. Highly, highly recommend their services!

My water heater started leaking and Plumbing Utah was able to get someone out to install a replacement really quickly. I ended up upgrading my water heater from a 40 gallon tank to a tankless system and Aaron did an amazing job. He not only did quick work considering the amount of work that had to be done, but it’s also very cleanly done. The end result looks great and it’s really nicely organized, not to mention safe and up to code. It’s a huge upgrade from what I was dealing with before!

Aaron came out last year and installed a new water heater and garbage disposal. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The quality of work was very good. The front office was easy to get a hold of and Aaron was very punctual with appointments.

We had Aaron out again today to evaluate a water hammer issue. The fix was easy enough that he suggested I do it myself and took the time to walk me through the whole process and show me on my phone what parts to buy. He was willing to fix it himself, but I appreciate that he was looking out for me and trying to save me money.

I would definitely recommend Plumbing Utah Heating & Air.

Did a complete repipe on my manufactured home and I'm 100% satisfied. Brandon gave me a fair deal while also getting the job done in 2 days. Jake and David, who did the install, were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

*Update 4/28/25: after 3.5 years, my hose bib has broken twice. They fixed it the first time in 2022. This year, it broke again. The owner, Brandon, honored my warranty and had a plumber come out the same day and take care of the root problem while also reaching out to give me great customer service. Thank you!

Jared, the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He gave us an estimate for the work we asked him to do and he did a good job completing it.

We lost heat in our house 4 days ago and couldn’t find anybody to come help us out even after contacting our home insurance. We finally called up these guys and they were so amazing to work with us. We were concerned about not being able to pay for the new furnace we needed after our kitchen sink waste pipe broke and flooded the furnace. These guys were so amazing and patient to work with our insurance company to get everything approved! We truly cannot thank them enough. Edgar and Osvaldo were out this morning for an estimate and were able to come back the same day a few hours later after the insurance company approved the claim and installed a totally new furnace for us! We will now be saving so much money with the right sized furnace and an energy efficient furnace! We feel so blessed to have found such an amazing company with such amazing service. Edgar and Osvaldo stayed extra to work with tech support on making sure the furnace settings were correct for the size of our house, truly the most awesome service you can get! It really felt like they were family as they worked away to make sure everything was perfect and 100% safe. Any service we need in the future, we will definitely give them a call! Brandon was very good at locating the leak in my swimming pool plumbing which was underneath the paver pool deck. He said his crew could find the problem and return everything back to its original condition. Felipe and crew arrived right on time and went to work. They were very professional and friendly. But most importantly their work was amazing. My pool plumbing is fixed and the deck looks great and was done in less than 2 days. Felipe, Danny and Garick were five star in every aspect. I highly recommend Utah Plumbing.

After Brandon’s crew, Kayden & Heath came out and installed our new water softener last year, we were extremely satisfied! Recently had some confusion and thought it wasn’t working. Called them up and they were here that night with detailed Information about all things to do with our softener and a simple fix. Would definitely recommend.

Brandon and his crew were amazing! We had a water main leak and Brandon came out within an hour to give a quote. His crew was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quick even in snowy weather. They also replaced my stamped concrete that had to be torn out and it looks great! Highly recommended!

I first used Plumbing Utah to find a leak in my sprinkling system that no other company could figure out. They found the problem and completed a major repair on my sprinkling system promptly and professionally. I was so impressed with them that when I had another leak (this time in my water main) I immediately contacted them again. The peace of mind that I had knowing that they would take care of me is priceless. I will always use this company for any water/plumbing issues in the future because I know they will take care of me. I was experiencing bad water hammer in my home which needed a new main water ball valve replaced as well as a PRV installed. Stetson helped me out and got the job done quickly and efficiently, while answering any and all questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Called and made an appointment. They were great on the phone but then their technician never showed up to the appointment. Thankfully we were able to reconnect and many apologies were made for the missed appointment. When they were finally able to arrive and hired to do the needed work, they did a wonderful job.

Stetson was incredible. He went way above and beyond to track down the issue with our old plumbing system. We've had other plumbers come multiple times a year, basically just putting a bandaid on the problem. Stetson really listened to our explanation of the symptoms and took the time to do a full analysis. He was able to fix our issue. We can't thank him enough for his time and expertise!
