Greg and Nathan did a great job removing my old tub and surround and installing new ones that I had purchased. Even though the new surround was designed for a different brand of tub, they were able to get everything installed and looking great!

Finally a nice, upfront and honest plumber. After being scammed by another company, I did my own research to be more knowledgeable about my issue. Ashton Darger came in and listened to my concerns, explained everything in an easy to follow way and ultimately let me know that the problem I had been quoted quite a large cost from another company, was not a big issue at all. He was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable repair persons that I have met. It’s refreshing to know there are still people with integrity and honesty out there. I will use Ashton to complete a project at my house and highly recommend him.

Chandler was amazing! He arrived at 10pm on a Friday to help us with a clogged kitchen sink. He was patient with setbacks that made the task take longer, and got the job done. He kindly answered all of our questions and gave us info on now to maintain our pipes to prevent future backups. He even coached us on how to talk to our plumbing problem-causing neighbors that live above us!

Rare Breed Plumbing has done some great work in our home. Joining their Herd membership has been a great savings. Dom did awesome when he provided our free plumbing inspection and water heater flush as part of our membership.

Rare Breed was great to work with. Super friendly though scheduling, communication prior, and while they were on site. Lots of options for appointments. Chad arrived on time, explained the situation, and finished in the time allocated.

A gentleman by the name of Daniel came in to take a look at some leak issues we've been having. He was able to get the problem addressed within just a few minutes of arrival. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and know-how when it came to fixing our issue. This is The 5th or 6th time we have worked with Rare Breed plumbing, and so far every experience has been fantastic! Don’t listen to any of the 1 star reviews on here. I have seen what kind of people run this company and I know for a fact the owner is a person of extremely high integrity. Court isn’t someone to mess around, he does everything possible to train his staff well enough to make sure neither he nor they ever cut corners. If he or someone else makes a mistake, he responds to criticism in a constructive and classy way, always gets the job done, and sometimes gives people, quite frankly, more than they deserve in terms of compensation when it comes to resolving complaints. Keep up the good work! And no, no one asked me to leave this review, I’m doing it solely because I’m impressed with what I’ve seen of Court’s professionalism.

Dan came out today to assess our ongoing water issues, and I don’t think he realized just how relieved we were to see him. We purchased our dream home a year and a half ago and have since faced multiple floods and persistent water challenges. From the moment he arrived, Dan immediately identified key problem areas and potential sources of concern that others had overlooked.

Until today, our family had felt completely helpless after exhausting every solution we could find. Dan took the time to explain everything in clear, practical terms, patiently answering each of our many questions. His communication was exceptional—he was honest, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping us find a lasting solution.

Absolutely outstanding service from Daniel Maciel! I had an issue with my shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. Daniel responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and gave me a straightforward plan to fix it. He had the shutoff replaced in no time and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. Highly recommend Daniel for any plumbing needs!

We’ve been using Rare Breed Plumbing for years. Our service rep this time was Ashton D. and he was awesome. He investigated the issue with our leaking toilet thoroughly and even checked our water pressure to make sure that it wasn’t contributing to the problem. After he fixed the problem toilet, we had him upgrade two other toilets and a bathroom sink. I highly recommend Rare Breed.

Rare Breed worked for several weeks on our large renovation project at our therapeutic farm, The Wellness Farm Foundation in Bluffdale. They were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Greg, the lead plumber, was so kind and patient to explain things to me every step of the way. The owner, Court, works hard to make sure his employees are taken care of and builds a strong company culture based on mutual respect.

Issac swung round to do a faucet install and sort a 15+ year old bad T supply valve. Great dude to chat with, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Guys like this are the soul reason I keep coming back to Rare Breed. 10/10 across the board.

Rare Breed Plumbing was amazing to work with. The knowledge and customer service they provide are amazing! It can be hard to find help when you have an issue with your Boiler. Other providers didn’t know how to solve our challenge. Rare Breed did!

Ashton with Rare Breed Plumbing is incredible! Flushed our water heater and checked out the plumbing in our townhome in Daybreak South Jordan. He also taught me a ton about maintenance and good practices for longevity with our water heater, water softener, hose bibs, and more. Tested our water hardness and adjusted our water softener + taught us how to test and adjust seasonally! Also recommended a water detector as a preventative measure. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend Ashton, Court, and the team with Rare Breed Plumbing!
