I had a big leak in my kitchen. Called the home warranty company and they in turn contacted 1 repair co. that could not respond until the next day. I called back and explained the Emergency. The Warranty com. called Rocky Mtn Plumbing to respond. They were out in an hour!!! They determined AFTER allowing the rest of the house to have liquid, that the big leak was the Dishwasher. Rocky Mtn. Plumbing is #1 in my book. Great service, great response AND understanding. I recommend them to friends, family, and all!! Thanks again

Will and the team from Rocky Mountain Plumbing & Remodel did a great job replacing our old water heater with a new one. They got us on the schedule quickly and finished the job in just a few hours. The workmanship, cleanup, and maintenance discussion were great. The company owner even came quickly that evening and remedied a gas odor and small leak.

We have had massive issues with the plumbing in our new construction home in Bluffdale, rocky mountain plumbing has saved us from some major emergencies. Vijay and his team have repaired faulty plumbing in the foundation of our home that was causing raw sewage to back up into the tub and utility closet. Michael drove all around town to find a specific part for our water heater to get it working on the same day of issue.

We dealt with a nightmare home insurance claim and Rocky Mountain did everything possible to facilitate a solution. When the dust settled they were on site and did an immediate, professional install of a very complex waterheater in a small crowded space. Will was friendly, hardworking and professional. I live in a 1910 home in Spring City, Utah. There was a water leak by my picket fence. It was the water main.. When the city came to fix it, we discovered not only was it on their side but also on mine. Corroded metal pipes were in terrible condition.
So, I started calling plumbers and excavators in Sanpete County. No one was available nor would be for weeks. I had been given a name up North, but no contact information.
In googling it I called Rocky Mountain zplumbing and Remodeling in error.
I was advised by the owner Vijay, they didn't service this area. However, if I couldn't find anyone, he'd come and look at it personally.
Long story short, he gave me checked out everything, and where others had said my big maple tree, picket fence, stone patio and garden would all have to be torn up along the entire side of my home, Vijay and Clyde said the could reroute the pipe, saving the tree and only disturbing the stone walk.
On Monday equipment and a whole crew of men showed up..carefully and quickly removed some of the front fence and repaired and replaced everything.
The rains came and Vijay and several of his men stayed working in the downpour.

The value was well worth the price. As I am old and alone, it would be easy to overcharge me.
I feel Vijay treated me as he would his own mother.

We discovered a water leak in our basement late Friday evening due to our main waterline failing. Waited for one company to finally arrive at midnight, came charged us $150 to just turn off our water and said nothing could be done until at least Monday. Frantically kept calling businesses on Saturday morning and found Rocky Mountain Plumbing. The owner showed up quickly, felt confident he could fix the problem without tearing up a large amount of our landscaping. By 6 pm on Saturday, we had water and our landscaping had been put back. The team of employees were kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs. Fair and honest pricing. Guaranteed their work for 1 year.

The two guys who came to replace our 75 gallon water heater explained our water system to us very clearly, which helped us decide what to do with our water softener issue…. They replaced the big water heater quickly and cleaned up very efficiently as well as were very respectful and knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

Our kitchen sink was clogged on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone first thing Monday morning come and fix it for us! They were professional, prompt, clean, and knowledgeable, and SO easy to communicate with. We will absolutely use them again the next time we have plumbing problems!

CJ came and helped me this morning and he was amazing !! He was super helpful at explaining things to me and made sure that everything was installed correctly. My kitchen sink now works and so does my dishwasher so I can do my dishes again!

Vijay and Kyle came on a Saturday afternoon to fix our toilet after another plumber didn’t do a good job. They worked so hard and were very polite. Thankfully they got the object out of the toilet and the toilet is working like it’s brand new! They were very experienced and knew what they were doing!
